ได้เวลาเตรียมของขวัญพิเศษมาsurpriseคนรู้ใจแล้วนะคะ อีกไม่กี่วันก็จะถึงวันValentine'sแล้ว วันนี้นีน่ามีคลิปพิเศษ มาแชร์วิธีการทำคัพเค้กกันค่ะ ของนีน่าจะเป็นเนื้อbutter cakeธรรมดา ส่วนtopping creamจะเป็นสูตร Italian Meringue Butter Creamนะคะ ขอออกตัวก่อนว่านีน่าเองก็ไม่ได้เก่งอะไรมาก แต่อาศัยทำไปชิมไปจนได้สูตรที่คิดว่าอร่อยที่สุด ไม่หวานเกินไป เหมาะสำหรับการให้ในทุกๆโอกาสนะคะ อยากให้ทุกๆท่านได้ลองทำตามกันดู อาจมีขั้นตอนมากหน่อย แต่ทำไม่ยากเลยค่ะ และที่สำคัญ ทำออกมาแล้วก็ภูมิใจมากๆด้วย คนที่ได้รับก็จะดีใจเช่นเดียวกันค่ะ ^^ ขอให้สนุกกับการทำคัพเค้กนะคะ
