How to Make Sesame Balls

1 tbsp Sugar
30ml Water (1.0 fl oz) or slightly more
50g Anko, sweet red bean paste (1.8 oz)
2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
Frying Oil

optional: add walnuts or ground sesame seeds to the anko
