I’m fully recharged! Thank you Maastricht for the beautiful and fun few days exploring the city! It will be a busy week ahead with meetings, cooking and also from this Saturday the Masters of Malaysian Cuisines chefs @malaysianchefs are back to run 8 online cooking demos with ‘Famous Malaysian Street Food’ as the theme, w e will share 8 recipes of Malaysian street food dishes and we will have 8 food writers and bloggers from around the world to join us this time to talk about the dishes and their passion in food! ? 冬炎海鮮酸辣湯 Seafood Tomyam Soup
除了海鮮大家也可以選擇鷄肉/豬肉/魚肉/明蝦酸辣湯。湯裏使用了各種泰式香料非常開胃而且還帶有鮮味。與泰國正統的酸辣湯口味非常相似。
? 泰式魚餅 Thai Fish Cake
泰國菜的經典之一，泰國香料衬托出鲜嫩的鱼肉，同时散发着柠檬叶的香气。魚餅吃起來外層酥脆而裏面卻是很彈牙。沾著店家自製的醬料吃滿口留香。
? 青木瓜沙拉 Papaya Salad
最佳的泰式開胃菜，平衡地综合了咸甜酸三种味道。再加上青木瓜清脆爽口，刺激味蕾讓人越吃越上癮。
? 泰式炒空心菜 Kangkong with Bean Paste
在大馬比較少能吃得到的這個口味，使用咸豆醬加入一些蝦醬與空心菜一起炒得入味。配著米飯吃絕對一碗接一碗！
? 豬肉碎煎蛋 Minced Pork Omelette
看似簡單的煎蛋吃起來意外的讓人驚艷。外層煎的酥酥脆脆的鷄蛋，内層咬得到飽滿的豬肉碎。蛋和豬肉碎的香氣在口中散開來，香氣十足。
? 泰式甜點 Thap Thim Krob
必吃的一道甜點，被稱爲 '紅寶石'的馬蹄粒加上椰奶煮得香濃。這裏還特別使用了藍花增添這道甜點的風味。
? 蒸木薯糕 Steam Tapioca Cake
店家自製的木薯糕吃起來非常軟嫩，有淡淡的香蘭葉味。接著吃到的是外層裹上的椰絲清香。
? 藍花蘇打水 Blue Blue Soda
使用藍花水加入檸檬還有蘇打水製作而成，可以看到漂亮的漸層顔色 喝起來帶有香氣也清爽解膩。
? 泰式奶茶 Thai Milk Tea
來到泰國餐館怎麽可以少了一杯泰式奶茶？這裏的奶茶使用泰國的茶葉泡製，充滿濃濃的泰國風味。

In Singapore, this is commonly known as Goreng Pisang - which literally means Fried Banana in Malay language. There are two types of banana fritter batter available in Singapore. One is this traditional type and the other is the light and airy type. Personally we prefer the traditional batter as it makes the banana fritters more crunchy. If you're a fellow Singaporean too, let us know which type you prefer. :)
