[What I eat on a Saturday!!? 我週六吃什麼？] Delts training + cardio day. Loving Saturday with more life 🥰
Breakfast (& pre-workout): fried beef tendon, shrimp, an egg and some portobello with 0kcal oil + white rice
Small treat & post-workout: iced americano from a nice coffee shop + almonds. Half portion of an instant chicken breast
Dinner: japanese grilled lean beef (used salt as seasoning only), lettuce without dressing and white rice. Super yum!
Meal before bed: cumin flavoured chicken breast with konjac udon and a little bit kimchi (keto friendly sugar content)
Sweet treats before bed: half size of my daily oatcake due to carbs quota (rolled oats + unsweetened almond milk + baking powder) (recipe see story highlight) + chocolate lava cake flavoured ice cream (xtend isolate whey powder + almond milk (1:2), top with pb - match with hot green tea

🥭My most favorite is this ‘Sweet Summer’ - Coconut Milk mousse in a Chocolate shell with Mango & Passionfruit sauce oozing from the middle. Super creative and fancy one with unique taste. Good combo of tropical fruits coconut x mango with just right level of sweetness. The coconut milk mousse is so smooth & has the right hint of coconut aroma. Very refreshing. Just perfect for hot summer days in Bangkok!

🍫’Chocolate Hazelnut Dome’ - Chocolate mousse with Hazelnut mousse in the middle & crunchy chocolate crumb base. This one is also nice. Chocolate fan would love this! But for a hazelnut fan like me, more mix of hazelnut would be even more awesome 😻 @sugarcraver .

🥭ที่ชอบที่สุดเลยคือ ‘สวีท ซัมเมอร์’ เป็นมูสรสกะทิอ่อนๆ ห่อหุ้มด้วยชอคโกแลตกรุบกรอบ ตัดลงไปด้านในมีซอสมะม่วงและเสาวรส มีเนื้อมะม่วงด้านบนให้เคี้ยวเพลินๆด้วย ชอบบบมาก กินแล้วสดชื่น ไอเดียเก๋ เป็นการจับคู่ผลไม้หน้าร้อนอย่างมะม่วงและมะพร้าวที่ดีงามจริมๆ มูสกะทิอร่อยเลย เบา ไม่เลี่ยน หวานน้อย เมนูนี้ตอบโจทย์หน้าร้อนประเทศไทยสุดๆ!

🍫อีกสิ่งที่ได้ลองคือ ‘ชอคโกแลต เฮเซลนัท โดม’ สิ่งนี้หลักๆคือชอคโกแลตมูส และมีเฮเซลนัทมูสด้านใน ตรงฐานเป็นแป้งเครปชอคโกแลตกรุบกรอบ เราว่าอร่อย แฟนๆชอคโกแลตต้องชอบเพราะชอคเน้นๆ! แต่เรามันสายเฮเซลนัท เลยอยากให้เค้ามิกซ์เฮเซลนัทมากกว่านี้ จะฟินสุดๆ ชื่อเมนูอาจจะกลายเป็น ‘เฮเซลนัท ชอคโกแลต โดม’ แทนซะงั้น5555 @sugarcraver .

i bought at Japanese style Lucky bags at Wagashi shop and Starbucks in Kyoto.Fukudama is sold at Kyoto in Dec.they are traditional design,but it looks like a Monster's Ball of Pokémon.
this time, i bought two types of Fukudama,one is traditional,and another is from Starbucks coffee version.
traditional one has monaka skin that consists with mochi.and fukudama contains cute lucky items or charms.
it's known as Geisha and Maiko's New Year Gift called "Otoshidama".Geisha and Maiko get Fukudama from their customer as new year gift.
traditional Geisha's edible Fukudama costs 3,000yen,and Starbucks coffee Fukudama costs 2,300yen.which Fukudama do you like?;)
