[MSIG Newly Launched IG Page + Giveaways]
During my recent trip to Bhutan, I took things for granted and did not prep any other medication except for my regular vitamin C and pro-biotic pills, and ended up suffering from stomach flu, which led to nausea and diarrhoea. 😧
Even as an avid traveller, I naively believed that I was well prepared for all kinds of situations, and if anything happened, it would be a “small problem”. 😒
Now, this "small issue" has caused a major problem for me especially since I need to climb the famous Tiger Nest in the Himalayas mountains. I brought it upon myself as I got really sick, and it ruined my experience. An eight-hour treacherous journey with stomach flu? Not fun at all! :-( Believe me, I had to try real hard to keep my smile in this photo! (See how sick I've got) 🤣
I hope you learn from my mistake and never belittle the domino effects of "small problems"! 😝
