Trying veggie burgers at Mos Burger, a Japanese fast food chain.
As well as their regular menu, Mos Burger has a whole range of soy patty burgers that you can have with different toppings. I tried the teriyaki burger, fries and milkshake. There is some confusion about whether it's 100% vegetarian (explanation at the end of the video) and according to your dietary choices you might not want to eat it - I'll leave that up to you :-) Here's the allergen info from the restaurant (in Japanese) https://www.mos.jp/menu/pdf/allergy.pdf
Mos Burger has branches all around Japan - just search on Google Maps to find the nearest branch. It's my favourite of the Japanese fast food brands.
