Chee Cheong Fun is also known as rice noodles roll. Some of you might be wondering why we specifically mentioned that this is a Hong Kong style chee cheong fun. That's because we have a similar version available in Singapore except that it's drenched in sweet sauce which is very different from what you get in Hong Kong. We love it both ways. Hong Kong style chee cheong fun is savoury whereas Singapore style chee cheong fun is sweet. Both are really delicious in my opinion. If you have the chance, you should really try both versions out.

3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
0.5 tablespoon of concentrated chicken stock
1.5 teaspoons of sugar
1 cup of hot water
