還記得以前聽人說有一個好老師，是瑜珈修行路上的福氣，
這次AYC 2018 亞洲瑜珈大會我遇到了好多好多很棒的老師，短短的課程卻是滿滿的能量，手印與唱誦結合古老哲學的智慧，在每一次的唱誦感受到每個在場瑜珈士的能量，感動就不知不覺爬上臉頰，幾度就瀟灑的讓眼淚落下。
當中國文化遇上瑜珈，原來世界是圓的不止應用在地理上，瑜珈每個動作都在緩慢的練習圓滿。
最後，瑜珈最重要的並不是那些手倒立或後彎開胯，因為站在墊子上練習的是為了成為一個更善良的人呀，不是嗎？只是我們太常忘記罷了。
Thanks for universe and all the face I met on my yoga journey to bring me to #asiayogaconference2018 .I get so so much power and energy from this yoga community,the energy we shared , the moment we laugh together , some words touched my heart from lovely and professional teachers. I know and learn the most important things from here , I would say “ if i can’t do handstands or deepest backbend, I still a good person. “ Because Asana not only things need to learn in yoga path. There are more than our body postures . Mantra . Mudra . Mandala.... more fascinating to me now ♥️ om gam ganapathayei namaha 🧘♀️🙏🏻
