Anyway, gym dah bukak & since Covid-19 case kat Selangor ni kejap turun kejap naik. Let’s have a look at what u can do to optimise your immune system.
Siapa yg pergi gym tu, make sure to 🧼 after what yo’ve touched please! And don’t forget your 😷.
1️⃣ Focus on whole food & key nutrients. Elak dr nutrients deficiency. So mkn whole food like veggie, protein, whole grains, healthy fats & fruits.
Nutrients yg boleh kuat kan “white blood cells” to fight infections ⬇️
Protein: “the building block of antibodies” - aim to have a serving with meal/snack.
Vitamin C: Prevent & fight infection. Mkn whole food yang tinggi Vit-C 1-2 servings a day: Ada banyak, bukan orange je. Go online and do some readings ok.
Vitamin D: Helps protect against respiratory tract infections. Sebelum ambil Vit-D supplement, better buat test dulu ok.
Zinc: Few best sources are from whole grains, oysters and scallop. Tapi jgn la telan hari2 pulak kan the 🦪 & scallops tu 😅
Omega 3 Fatty Acids: Reduce inflammation & help white blood cells do their job. Mkn 🌱 sources of ALA such as Chia seeds & Flexseeds. Mkn Oily Fish utk DHA/EPA 2-3 a week. Kalau jrg makan Ikan, consider supplements.
2️⃣ Cuba maintain/dptkan healthy body fat %. This one, tgk lah kornag ikut cara apa. Nak diet ikut portion boleh, nak count calories & macro pun boleh. Janji deficit. Yg mkn ikut calorie pastikan mkn seimbang. Jgn 300kcal satu plate Tapi semua carbs pulak 😅
3️⃣ Gut Health! Yg ni ramai ambil x endah. Tingkat kan makanan kaya probiotik yg boleh bantu boost good gut bacteria.
4️⃣ Get Active. Yg ni paling mudah. Malas g gym pergi je jog/cycling/dance buat la apa kornag suka.
5️⃣ Tido Cukup! Phm semua tgh gila2 hustlin’ nowadays. Tapi pastikan tido cukup. Kalau x cukup tido, make sure to sneak in 20mins power nap during the day. Recharge tu penting.
6️⃣ DeStress & manage ur stress well. Take a time off kejap to do some meditation, tgk video funny ke. Kalau x sempat betul, sneak in 1min breathing exercise.
7️⃣ Hygiene! 🧼 ur hand!

坊間流傳不少助孕食物,生蠔是其中一種最為人熟悉的,因為蠔含有鋅和豐富蛋白質,鋅是精子重要的組成成份,因此被視為壯陽食品。而從中醫角度來看,蠔屬性平和,具有滋陰養血、補心安神的功效,然而中醫不鼓勵進食生冷食物,想吃蠔不妨煮熟來吃,或者選擇曬乾的蠔豉,功效與生蠔無異。除了蠔,青口(曬乾則成為淡菜)、扇貝(曬乾則成為瑤柱)、蝦、鮑魚及響螺都有補腎的作用,中醫理論認為「肝藏血,腎藏精」,腎精是生命之根本,想擁有良好的生育能力就要養好腎,備孕中的男女不妨配合體質適量食用。
生蠔 / 蠔豉 — 性平,滋陰養血、補心安神,適合陰虛、煩熱、失眠、心神不安者食用。
青口 / 淡菜 — 性熱,有補肝腎、益精血的功效,適合氣血不足、肝腎不足、小便餘瀝、夜尿頻繁、婦女白帶過多者食用。
扇貝/瑤柱 — 性平,具滋陰補腎、調補脾胃的作用,尤其適合脾腎陽虛的夜尿頻多者食用。
蝦 — 性溫,具補腎、壯陽及通乳作用,適合腎陽不足、男性不育、性功能減退、腎虧腰腳痿弱者食用。
鮑魚 — 性平,滋陰清熱、補益肝腎,具調經、明目、潤腸功效,適合月經不調、腎虛小便頻繁、大便燥結者食用。

Seafood to nourish the kidney and aid conception
It has been said that oyster is one of the many types of food that can help increase the chances of getting pregnant, because it is rich in zinc, which is an important component for health sperm. Hence, oyster is often regarded as an aphrodisiac.
From Chinese medicine perspective, oyster is neutral in nature, can nourish the yin and blood, and can relieve anxiety. However, Chinese medicine practitioners also do not encourage consumption of raw and cold food, so anyone wishes to eat oyster should have it cooked first, or opt for dried oyster, as both share the same properties.
Besides oyster, mussel (or dried mussel), scallop (or dried scallop), prawn, abalone and sea conch can also nourish the kidney. According to Chinese medicine theories, ‘liver stores blood, kidney stores essence’, essence in kidney is the foundation of life, hence, it is crucial to care for the kidney, if any man or woman wishes to increase their fertility.
Oyster / dried oyster – mild in nature; nourishes the yin and blood, calms anxiety; suitable for individuals with yin deficiency, insomnia problems, as well as people who are often frustrated and with high body heat, and with anxiety.
Mussel / dried mussel – hot in nature; can nourish the liver and kidney, is good for the essence and blood; suitable for individuals with blood and qi deficiency, with liver and kidney deficiency, urinary dribbling, frequent urination at night, and women with excessive vaginal discharge.
Scallop / dried scallop – mild in nature; can nourish the yin, the kidney, the spleen and the stomach; suitable for individuals with yang deficiency in the kidney and spleen, as well as those with frequent urination at night.
Prawn – warm in nature; can nourish the kidney, stimulate lactation, and is aphrodisiacal; it is suitable for men with infertility and impotence problems, as well as individuals with renal insufficiency and weak waist and legs.
Abalone – mild in nature, replenishes the yin and dissipates heat, nourishes the liver and the kidney; regulates menstruation cycles, brightens vision and lubricates the bowels; suitable for individuals with irregular menstruation cycle, kidney deficiency, frequent urination and dry stools.
Sea conch – cold in nature; nourishes the liver and kidney, good for complexion and replenishes the blood, strengthens the spleen and stomach; suitable for individuals who are deficient of yin and with excess body heat, as well as those who experience kidney deficiency and frequent urination. People with a weak spleen and stomach should avoid eating sea conch, especially women during period, as it is cold in nature.

病毒疣是皮膚科門診很常遇到的問題,最常用的方法就是液態氮冷凍治療。幫大人噴液態氮還好,我最怕遇到小朋友,孩子『啊~~~好痛!!!』我『可是我又還沒噴!!!』
除了液態氮治療外,還可以局部塗抹水楊酸、樂得美、外用A酸、雷射、手術等等,除此之外,文獻還有超多種其他治療方法,像是加溫療法、光動力療法、針灸、甚至在病灶處局部施打卡介苗、MMR疫苗或是HPV疫苗來激發免疫力等等。
氧化鋅在大家的印象中都是用來收斂傷口,不然就是小孩子的屁屁膏成分,沒想到對病毒疣也有效?!2007年,科學家用20%的氧化鋅軟膏跟水楊酸藥膏做比較,發現氧化鋅軟膏用三個星期可以讓病毒疣達到50%的清除率,只可惜實驗組跟對照組並沒有統計學上的差異。
2019年又有新的實驗,用15%的氧化鋅軟膏治療手上病毒疣,每天擦三次,共擦四個星期,結果病灶的表面積有顯著減少!雖然換算成面積改變程度則和對照組相比沒統計學上的意義,但樂得美藥膏需要12~16週的療程,氧化鋅軟膏便宜許多,又可以在第四週就看到成效,或許可以當作病毒疣治療的輔助工具。
有人會說『病毒疣本來就可能因自體免疫力的緣故而消失啊!怎麼知道是氧化鋅的功效?』通常激發自體免疫力殺病毒疣至少要兩個月以上甚至幾年的時間,沒辦法這麼快就有效果。
又有人問『手掌角質這麼厚,氧化鋅的穿透效果又不好!』沒錯,所以文獻還有搭配削皮讓病灶薄一點再塗藥膏喔!
