หนึ่งในร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อร้านดังอย่าง “รสดีเด็ด” by นพ ได้เปิดให้บริการแบบนั่งกินที่ร้านได้แล้ว ซึ่งเราก็มักจะเห็นที่อื่นมีเจลแอลกอฮอล์ให้ล้างมือ แต่เมื่อไปถึงหน้าร้าน “รสดีเด็ด” สาขาพระราม 4 ก็จะเจอกับซิงค์อ่างล้างมือและสบู่พร้อม ให้ล้างมือก่อนเข้าร้านไปเลย!

แน่นอนว่าลูกค้าต้องตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิก่อนเข้าร้าน และสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยทุกคน (สามารถถอดชั่วคราวระหว่างรับประทานได้) รวมทั้งทางพนักงานจะมีซักถามข้อมูลการเดินทางของลูกค้าทุกคนที่จะเข้าไปใช้บริการ

ทางร้านได้จัดโต๊ะที่นั่งจะห่างกันประมาณ 1 เมตร มีฉากกั้นต่อคน (1 โต๊ะ จะบริการได้ไม่เกิน 3 คน) ตามหลัก Social Distancing และจำกัดการรับประทานก๋วยเตี๋ยวที่ 1 ชั่วโมงและทางร้านยังมีมาตรการในการรับลูกค้า, รับออiNเดอร์, เสิร์ฟอาหาร รวมทั้งกระบวนการทำความสะอาดต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าทุกท่านที่ได้มาใช้บริการ มานั่งกินที่ร้านมีความสบายใจและปลอดภัยจาก COVID-19

ส่วนการเสิร์ฟอาหารจะเน้นไปที่รูปแบบอาหารจานเดียว อุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างจะบริการให้ใช้เฉพาะบุคคลเท่านั้น ไม่มีอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ร่วมกัน ถ้าเป็นของกินเล่นที่กินด้วยกัน เช่น น้ำจิ้ม ก็จะทำการแยกเป็นคน ๆ ไป

เมนูก๋วยเตี๋ยวเริ่มต้นแค่ชามละ 50 บาทเท่านั้น มีให้เลือกทั้งแบบหม้อไฟและชามเดี่ยว ซึ่งอีกจุดเด่นของทางร้านคือการลวกเนื้อแบบ “อาบน้ำเนื้อ” ค่อย ๆ เทน้ำซุปร้อน ๆ ที่เนื้อทีละน้อยในถ้วย ทำให้ตัวเนื้อจะค่อย ๆ สุกขึ้นทีละน้อย วิธีนี้จะทำให้ตัวเนื้อเอง นุ่มละมุนลิ้น ยังได้รับรสความชุ่มฉ่ำ กลิ่น และไขมันเนื้อได้อย่างครบถ้วน หรือใครอยากกินเป็นเมนูข้าวเราอยากแนะนำ “ข้าวสตูว์ลิ้นหมู” (50 บาท) น้ำสตูว์เข้มข้นกับลิ้นหมูเปื่อยนุ่ม กินกับข้าวสวยร้อน ๆ เข้ากันดีอย่าบอกใคร
