1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup liquid of choice (water, milk up to you)
Toppings: almond butter, raw almonds, cranberries, granola
WORKOUT ROUTINE
- Single-leg lunges, 8 kg each x 2 - 16 reps
- Romanian deadlifts , 9kg each x 2 - 15 reps
- Goblet squat, 10kg, 15 reps
- Shoulder press 3kg each, 15 reps
- Rhomboid rows, 2 kg each, 15 reps
Repeat 4 sets
