而對一般人來說,花生衣具有養血功效,所以下次煮花生時,不用花時間給花生去衣了,連衣一起吃更有益呢!
花生衣 — 性平,有良好的止血作用,其止血功效是花生仁的50倍,能抗纖維蛋白溶解,有促進骨髓製造血小板的功能,縮短出血時間。
花生衣水
功效:養血止血,促進骨髓製造血小板。
材料:花生衣1飯碗、蘋果2個、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 花生衣浸泡數次洗淨瀝乾放入魚湯袋備用,其他材料洗淨,蘋果去皮去芯切塊 。
2. 鍋中加入約1000毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約45分鐘即成。剩下的花生衣水放入冰箱中儲存,再飲用時候記得以熱水座暖。
注意:如陰虛火旺症狀明顯,可以雪梨2個代替蘋果,如有便秘則可以無花果4枚代替蜜棗。

Ingredients: 1 bowl of peanut coat, 2 apples, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Soak the peanut coats several times, drain and put those into the fish soup bag for later use. Rinse other ingredients, peel and core the apple and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 1000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Store the rest of the peanut coat water in the refrigerator. When drinking, remember to warm in a hot water bath.
Note: If the symptoms of yin deficiency with excess fire are obvious, you can replace apples with 2 pears. Use 4 figs instead of candied dates if you have constipation.
