相信很多人家里有买价值千多块的体重机。
使用后我发现到有个便宜又计算标准的也是我目前使用的
那就是小米的 Body Fat Composition Weight Scale 2
买的时候记得要选择有Body Fat Composition 功能的

When you don't have a full length mirror at home (I only have a bathroom mirror), you don't realise what a significant change your body has gone through.

Cycling is a good way to control or reduce weight, as it raises your metabolic rate, builds muscle and burns body fat. If you’re trying to lose weight, cycling must be combined with a healthy eating plan. Cycling is a comfortable form of exercise and you can change the time and intensity – it can be built up slowly and varied to suit you.

I did not do this to lose weight.
But i thought it would be fun to not eat solid and switch it all to juicing for a couple of days. Since we are all stuck at home on a 2nd lockdown, i dragged my mum and dad to go on a juice fast with me.
Honestly, I did not think my body enjoyed it and was down with a splitting headache after the first day.
But, it was a pretty interesting experience after all.
The concept of detoxing and juice fast is still debatable.
I'd admit, juice cleanses can lead to short-term weight loss (i lost almost 1 kg after 1 day) but this doesn't mean it's a healthy way to lose weight. I doubt rapid weight loss is healthy and it definitely doesn't last (i have already gained the 1kg back when I'm uploading this video)
