夏天陽氣旺盛，養生之道在於消暑，不少人更着重防曬，進行戶外活動除了穿著防曬衣物、塗抹防曬霜，亦可靠食物進行內在美白療程，多進食含豐富維他命C的食物，例如奇異果、士多啤梨、番石榴、車厘子及木瓜等，有助預防黑斑形成及淡化黑色素。水果宜新鮮即切即食，因切後水果的維他命C與空氣接觸後會氧化而失去功效。

奇異果 — 性寒，有清熱生津、健脾、利尿作用，有助紓緩無胃口、消化不良、欲吐、痔瘡等症狀。注意女士脾胃虛寒容易腹瀉、有寒性痛經不宜多服。

士多啤梨 — 性寒，具消暑解熱、生津止渴、利咽潤肺及健脾胃功效。士多啤梨同時含有大量果膠及纖維，亦有暢便功效。但注意脾胃虛寒者勿吃。

番石榴 — 又名芭樂，性熱，具止瀉止痢功效，尤其適合容易反覆腹瀉、風寒濕痛者、高血壓及胃酸過多者食用；有收斂止瀉功效，便秘者不宜進食。由於性熱，多吃容易上火。

車厘子 — 又名櫻桃，性熱，具益氣健脾、祛風濕的功效，適合氣血虛弱、消化不良人士食用，但由於屬性溫熱，食用份量不宜過多，糖尿病患者不宜。

木瓜 — 性平，能健脾胃、幫助消化、消暑解渴，適合脾胃虛弱、容易胃脹不適人士服用，有助紓緩食慾下降、消化不良、胃部不適、產婦乳汁不多等症狀。注意孕婦不宜食用。

Five fruits to clear summer-heat and brighten complexion
During summer, the yang energy is exceptionally strong, and many people tend to focus on clearing the summer-heat and sun protection measures during this season.

Besides wearing sun protective clothing and putting on sunscreen, we can also eat ingredients that can help restore the radiance of our complexion. Consume foods that are high in vitamin C such as kiwi, strawberry, guava, cherry, and papaya to prevent dark spots from forming and reduce melanin.

Once we have the fresh fruits sliced, it is best to consume them as soon as possible, as the vitamin C oxidizes when exposed to air, losing its health benefits.

Kiwis - cold in nature and can clear heat and promote fluid production, strengthen the spleen, and promote diuresis. It alleviates lack of appetite, indigestion, nausea, and hemorrhoids. Note that it is not suitable for ladies with asthenic spleen and stomach, prone to diarrhea and has cold type menstrual pain.

Strawberry - cold in nature, can relieve summer heat, promote diuresis and relieve thirst, relieve sore throat and moisten the lungs, as well as strengthen the spleen and stomach. Strawberries are also high in fibre and pectin and can help to relieve constipation. Note that those with asthenic cold spleen and stomach should avoid strawberries.

Guava - hot in nature, can help to relieve diarrhea, so it is suitable for those with chronic diarrhea, chronic pain due to cold wind and dampness, high blood pressure, and gastric hyperacidity. It is not suitable for those with constipation. Due to its hot nature, over-consumption can lead to excessive heat in the body.

Cherry - hot in nature, and can strengthen qi and stomach, dispel wind dampness. They are suitable for those with asthenic qi and blood, and those with indigestion. As they are warm in nature, avoid having too much and it is not suitable for those with diabetes.

Papaya - mild in nature, can strengthen the spleen and stomach, improve digestion and quench one’s thirst; is suitable for individuals with a weak spleen and stomach, and those who experience bloating. It can improve a person’s appetite, relieve indigestion and promote lactation. Pregnant women should avoid eating papaya.

在加州的冬天（我們的冬天還是蠻冷的）
我一直都沒有找到最佳的單車上衣， 因為加州有太陽沒有風超級熱，沒有太陽有風會把你凍死。
爬山有太陽超熱，然後流汗衣服濕濕的要下滑就超級冷，常常這樣生病。

以前你們會看到我穿背心或是薄的外套，但下坡有時候還是不夠保暖。但zoot 新的elite thermal jersey 真的剛剛好，可以4 度 到15 度都不會太冷太熱，流汗也乾的很快，中間停下來喝咖啡不會凍死，吃寒氣

這件是我用自己的錢買的，好到我大概還會再買一件，當然是老闆LD 批准後....

I’ve always struggled to find the right clothing for cycling during California winter. Yes we do have one in NorCal, at least I feel we do please don’t hate, generating body heat is not one of my skills. I finally found the perfect thermal jersey for winter. @zootsports elite thermal jersey.

In California, the tough thing is it’s really cold in the mountains when there’s no sun, but also really hot when there is sun. Sometimes you go up a long climb at lower speeds, less cooling more sweating, and you’re sweaty at the top. Then you have to descend in cold damp wet clothes. And in NorCal it always seems like the descents never have sun and it’s always damp and windy. I found a solution in carrying a light jacket or vest in my pocket and putting it on for the descents but sometimes it’s not enough for my wimpy non heat producing body.

With other thermal jerseys, I’ve had bad experience with overheating and being even more sweaty for descents after climbs.

But with @zootsports new elite thermal jersey, I don’t need a vest and don’t need a jacket, in as cold as 39-40F (4 C), and as warm as 60F (15C). I don’t over heat and even if I do sweat, it evaporates quickly keeping me warm for coffee stops.

I bought this thermal jersey with my own money so this is not a sponsored post. I’m telling you man this thermal jersey is the shit for Californians in winter, and I might just buy another one if my wife approves lol

? How to you manage alone time?
We both have our own routine & we respect each other space. We actually spend most of our time alone~ Just in the vlog it seems like we are together 24/7

? If all expenses paid and no pain at all, what kind of plastic surgery would you girls do?
Love this question! We do get sponsorship offer for plastic surgery and we have kinda high tolerance for pain but we still rejected the offer =) We don’t think we would change a thing~ It’s not that we are happy with everything that we’re born with just that we think we rather learn to love what we are given. That being said, we are not against plastic surgery either.

? With your current income, do you guys be able to make a living on your own?
We survived. LOL~ It’s not a lot but we love what we do and we’ll continue to work hard.

? What happens if you are over 35 and have not married yet?
Good question~ We don’t think it should be an issue. Married or not, it won't change a thing =)

? Is there any tips or book recommended to start reading?
We all have different book preferences. When people say they are not a reader we always think that they have not found the right book. It’s not you, it’s the book LOL So keep searching and keep reading. Don’t feel bad to leave a book if you don’t like it~

? What if one day you two fall in love with the same guy?
It’s not going to happen~ We both have different taste in guys

? If you were to focus on one thing you can improve on, what would it be?
Sue: I would like to improve my sleeping habit. I need to sleep early.
Jo: For work, I want to improve my Photoshop skill. For personal, I want to overcome my fear of crowds.

? What is something which gives you happiness recently?
Jo: Baking cakes & learning crochet
Sue: Exercising & Baking breads

? Places / Country you guys want to travel when C19 ends or safe to travel again?
Jo: Korea
Sue: Taiwan~ Since we’re learning Mandarin, I think Taiwan is the great to practice my Mandarin. Plus, I like Taiwan.

? What’s your preference in guys?
Jo: I like hardworking guys. And also someone who knows how to enjoy life alone and with people too.
Sue: I like animated guys… I’ll leave it as that. LOL

? What made you start your own business? How to solve it when no customer buy?
We started our first business as a side thing. We just love clothings and we thought selling clothing would be fun. When we closed our clothing business down, opening another business seems like a familiar thing to do~
& how to get more customers? You can pay for ads. Get influencers to promote your business. Get family and friends to spread the news.

? Do you guys inspire each other? Who inspire who the most?
We both have different style so we get inspirations from outside sources ( like on Pinterest, YouTube or Instagram)

? How tall are you guys? Both of you look so tall.
We get that a lot. But we are tiny~ 157cm =)

?What’s the cutest thing someone did for you?
Jo: The cutest thing is when a perfect stranger gave me an extra rose because he saw my then bf only gave me one stalk of rose. lol

? Advice to those who are entering into their 20s?
Jo: If you just entering your 20s, Welcome to adulthood~
My advice … Live & Be happy. Do what you love. Learn about yourself as much as you can. Learn new things. Try new things. and use SPF HAHA!

Sue: This is an exciting time. Like what Jo said, "Learn about yourself as much as you can". It's the time you get to choose what you want to do, what you want to be and be sure to choose wisely who you surround yourself with. .

Hey guys, I’m back with another styling video where me and my daugther are restyling out dresses from last year. Since it’s going to be December soon and so Christmas isn’t too far right. And it’s getting pretty cold in Delhi already. I decided to give our outfits a twist by wearing them with black leggings to keep the wind at bay, and white shoes to keep us warm.
