A Night in Tunisia 是爵士小號大師 Dizzy Gillespie 早期的作品，也是他最為出名的代表作之一。這首曲子完美的融合咆哮與拉丁樂風，充滿了 Gillespie 的個人風格色彩。曲子Ａ段的 Bass Line 算是這首歌最大的特色，這種頑固低音(Ostinato)形式的 Bass Line 雖然常見於現代音樂，但是在當年以 Walking Bass Line 為主的爵士音樂當中，算是非常創新。此外，由曲式上來說，這首歌的那個以分解和弦旋律所構成的 Interlude，也是非常的有特色。
