在英文商業書信往來中，我們常因語言掌握不精確而「感情用字」。雖然沒有惡意，但其實不知不覺中已經傷了別人感情，甚至搞砸合作機會。
商業往來千萬別跟著「感覺」走。「feel」這個字，一來不夠說服力、沒有呈現任何事實；二來容易讓自己後續的思路都在「自己的感覺上」，忽略整個公司的最終利益。
