粉絲團一位網友今年五月初在tripsta退了一張機票，已完成退票程序，照理說款項要在一個月內退回原信用卡帳戶。
後來聯繫期間，tripsta總是罐頭式回覆，直到七月突然宣佈倒閉。
這位網友把跟tripsta聯繫過程的email全部條列出來，向原刷卡公司 #華南銀行信用卡 爭取該筆列入爭議支付款項，經過漫長等待，華南終於在這幾天將該筆被tripsta吃掉的金額『代位賠償』退回到該網友信用卡帳號。
