For those of you who have to deal with wearing retainers (or aligners), you will know how nasty they can get. Since I've completed my braces treatment (nearly 10 years ago), I have always struggled with keeping my retainers as cleanly as I would like it. Using toothpaste or mouthwash to soak them have not only proven to be mostly inefficient, but is also not optimal.
