Stem cell therapies that involve cell regeneration and the ability to repair body tissue require enormous amounts of cells. However, current cell culture techniques are prohibitively expensive and are unable to produce sufficient numbers of cells within a short timeframe.
Cytotwister, developed by ITRI, features an outstanding cell culture medium. Large amounts of high quality cells can be produced at one time but one-tenth the cost of current techniques, and the cell recovery rate also boosts to 70%.
