Last night dinner with some of my fav people at Racines at @sofitelsingaporecitycentre to check out the new menu that offers both French and Chinese cuisine. The restaurant located at Level 5 of the hotel overlooking Pinnacles at Duxton offers a nice view with high ceiling and cosy ambience. Some of our fav of the night include the Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Caramelised Fig ($24), Pan-Seared Atlantic Scallops ($42), Soy-Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib ($40) as well as the Valrhona Chocolate Crème Brûlée.
.
Oh yes, there are also 2 or 3 Course Set Lunch Menu available which is inclusive of Nespresso Coffee or TWG Tea at $30++/$38++.
.
Besides having a choice for both French and Chinese cuisine, the best part is Racines is on eatigo, a platform which offers up to 50% discounts!! Mai tu liao my fellow CBD lunch warriors, time to make ur table reservation via @eatigo_sg and save your money for the next flight out.
