呢個係我經歷兩次懷孕，順產生完兩個BB，餵咗3年人奶，行過一段產後抑鬱，失去了一位親人嘅身體。佢陪伴我嘅日子最耐，但我卻最少同佢道謝道愛。
身體不只得肥瘦，她還盛載和呈現著情緒，創傷和人生經歷。
身體，謝謝你！多謝你在我不愛自己嘅日子仍然陪住我。多謝你同我一齊湊住兩個囡。多謝你係我訓唔著時陪我捱夜。多謝你愛我。我哋一起繼續餵人奶吧。✌🏻

This is my body. It’s a body that has experienced 2 pregnancies, 2 natural births, 3 years and still counting of breastfeeding, an episode of postpartum depression and a loss of family member. She is my longest companion. But, she is also the one I have expressed my gratitude and love to the least.
So here I am saying thank you to my body. Thank you for being with me when I don’t love myself. Thank you for raising my children healthily. Thank you for staying up with me when I can’t sleep. Thank you for loving me no matter what.
Body is not just about thin or fat. It’s a vessel and reflection of our emotions, trauma and life experiences. Hope we all find a way to have a comfortable relationship with our body. ❤️

1 year ago today, I went on a semester long exchange to study at Korea's Sungkyunkwan University #성균관대학교 for Fall 2020. 🇰🇷It was truly an exchange journey that really changed my life. I still can't help to think back to all of the amazing people that I met on this exchange, all of the awesome adventures exploring Korea, making the best out of every day in the 5 months that I was there for. That's why I selected A to Z of my favourite memories from August to January to show you guys why going on exchange can be so life-changing and it is definitely the best decision that I have made! 【無聲的嘆息 The Silent Sigh】I wrote this song about 18 months ago, 4 months after my breakup, never had the chance to post it because I was practicing my singing part, never nailed it so bailed it.
For those of you who don't know me well, including my close ones. I have been through 7 relationships, which means I fell in love 7 times. Every time I go through a breakup I repost this "People come and go, most of them just walk by. Life moves on. But some day I wish just one will stop by. Then, life goes on."
I don't stop. I don't stop working, I don't stop learning, I don't stop loving. I will always love hard and always harder. Love myself, love my family, friends. Love everyone, love those whom do not feel, love those who temp me to fall the most. For love has no limit, and knows no boundaries.
