Duties & Responsibilities
• Establishing budgets, performance specifications and Sales estimates
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media

Millenials is the term we use to describe the generation that was born between 1981 and 2000. Unfortunately, even though they are a huge bulk of the labor force, almost all of the employers would describe them as disloyal.
Is this true?
Today, we are going to talk about how to retain Millennial employees, which we in the HR and recruitment industry also call the “Job-Hoppers” Generation.
Statistically, half of the Millennials are actively seeking a new job, or are ready to make a change, and that’s because Millennials don’t want to settle for something that doesn’t fulfill them. Part of that means making sure they’re continuously growing in their careers.
However, we need to boil this approach down to understanding what attracts Millennials to a specific workplace, how to leverage their needs, and how to retain them.
1. Money isn’t a priority.
When it comes to finding a career Millennials love, they are willing to take a pay cut for a better job. Millennials prefer a career that is more aligned with their core values, passion, and improvement of work-life balance.
2. Career growth is a constant necessity.
The number one value for Millennials in their careers is development, which they seek to grow knowledge, experience, and expertise as quickly as possible. They are genuinely motivated growers; also feel like they need to “catch up” for their lost time.
3. Timing is crucial for their careers.
The media likes to roast just about every generation. They throw barbs around, such as: Millennials want to grow their careers quickly and don’t plan on putting in years. Like all exaggerations, that’s true, but the good news is that they’re willing to work hard in their job when they know it’s getting them somewhere, and they feel their employer is committed to growing them. The bad news is that you need to stay on your toes as an employer.
4. Feedback is a reinforcement of their impact.
These are the days of frequent feedback. Set up a weekly or monthly meeting to review projects and make sure everyone is receiving the support and feedback they yearn for to keep growing. This helps them monitor their career growth, but also creates a personal connection to the manager and team.
5. Purpose is a core value.
Millennials yearn to connect to a company’s missions and values. Creating a company and culture that goes beyond financials and invests in teaching employees will make a positive impact, both in the retention the company experiences and the impact its employees make.

1. Adminstration Executive
Responsibilities :-

2. Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities :-
Manage inbound and outbound call/email by providing optimum service to customers/partners.
Resolve customer service enquiries and issue promptly, ensure effective & timely follow up.
Maintain and ensure customer's records are updated into customer database accurately.
Liaise with company's clients in relatino to customer service issues.
Prepare contact reports and analysis on inbound/outbound call/email.
Support supervisor/manager to review work process, identify and resolve process gap through constructive feedback for continuous improvement where appropriate.
Requirements :-
Those with SPM/Pre-U with relevant customer service experience will be considered.
Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in customer service/call centre industry.
Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service in a call-centre environment are encouraged to apply.
The candidate must have good communication skills over the phone, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage.
Mature, resourceful, tactful and diplomatic with excellent listening skills.
Self-motivated individuals with integrity, drive to achieve targets and possess good organizational skills.
Computer Literacy is essential, especially in MS Word and Excel.
3. PHP Developer
Responsibilities :-
To develop applications based on customer’s requirements and specifications.
To perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the application is compliant with user and business requirements.
To resolve issues regarding to application and project assigned.
To maintain and support the application.
To attend training and to do research & development of relevant knowledge and skills
To ensure that all information system operate according to internal standards.
To liaise and attend meetings with project owner or person in charge to perform duties or solving issues.
Requirements :-
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill set (s): LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
Should have at least experience in web application/ product development using PHP.
Team player with good analytical skills and self- motivated.
Working experience in SMS service industry will be an added advantage.
Knowladge on MVC framework like Zend, Cake PHP, Code Ignitor etc.
4. Product Executive
Responsibilities :-
To check and source content.
To do compilation and monitoring on the required reports.
Accountable for customer service hotline to support all products and services.
Undertake any other tasks as may reasonably be required by the Company.
Requirements :-
Candidate must possess at least a certificate, Diploma, Bachelor Degree or with equivalent working experience.
Telco experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Fresh graduate applicants are encouraged to apply.

5. Project Executive
Responsibilities :-
Understand and communicates customer's business directions and goals to the IONNEX team with objectives to generate and identify business opportunities and compelling business cases.
Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
Responsible for preparation of business proposal as per superior guidance and approval.
Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are being address.
Works closely with necessary parties (internal & external) to ensure customer interest is properly address.
Support the development of product vision, strategy and roadmap in accordance to the company's overall strategy and goals
Gather customer needs; develop, document and execute business cases, business/product requirements, product development, GTM and post-launch activities.
Plan, develop, implement and manage marketing programs as well as to ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning and implementation.
Support other activities of the product development process as needed by superior & the management.
Requirements :-

No matter how alike we are on the surface, no matter how much we love each other, it’s extremely important to have the mindset that this person is an individual who comes from a completely different background, upbringing, mindset or even culture.
Because expectations is the cause of most problems in a relationship, and the expectation that we are the same causes disappointment and frustration and resentment when our partner doesn’t get us; but the acknowledgement that we very different people who love each other leads us down the path of patience and seeking to understand even when there’s a disagreement.
The work of any relationship lies in the ability to rise above things that trigger us, that sets us off. It requires more mental practice than simply good intentions, because we can have all the good intentions in the world when we’re in a good mood and things are going well, but the moment we’re frustrated or angry, life-long habits are triggered and we react negatively despite our good intentions.
When we’re in a relationship, we may be in a team, but we’re two very different people on the same team. Whether or not we’re able to adjust to the differences depends on our own mental and emotional capabilities. So working at our relationships means constantly working on ourselves.
Love is amazing, but love isn’t enough in a relationship, because it takes empathy, understanding and a lack of expectations to still be kind and to still be loving even when we’re angry. That’s the work of a relationship, and it’s the kind of work that will pay off both for our own self-development and the quality of our relationship, where we’ll be able to be happy, always.
