係呀你無睇錯，係「離晒地」自由行，因為今次帶大家去嘅地方無論係地點、行程全部都真係比我平時拍嘅節目有過之而無不及！⠀

上年呢個時間我身處於世外桃源 Tasmania 拍攝一連3集嘅網上版「離晒地自由行: 塔斯曼尼亞篇」，事後因為澳洲山火加上疫情令呢幾條片一直都未可以面世，而家剛剛就一年，大家又無得去旅行，就等我帶大家眼睛去住旅行先！⠀

第一集帶大家去到 Tasmania 第二大城巿 Launceston 參加Effervescence 塔斯曼尼亞氣泡酒節，呢一個氣泡酒節年度盛事可以嚐盡唔同酒莊嘅酒，第一站我就去左 Josef Chromy Wines 。當日除咗可以試唔同嘅酒，現場仲有好多美食攤位，全部都係 Tasmania 嘅在地新鮮食材，除此之外仲有Master Class 俾大家參加，我當日就參加了一個如何將 Tasmania Sparkling Wine Pair with Cheese 嘅 Workshop，學咗唔少嘢！⠀

第二日我哋嚟到 Clover Hill，當地嘅 Terroir 被喻為跟法國嘅香檳區非常相似，並以傳統方法Traditional Method 生產優質上等嘅氣泡酒。⠀

今次上嘅 Master Class 係 Food Pairing，將塔斯曼尼亞出產嘅三文魚配以 Clover Hill 嘅氣泡酒。當地種植嘅 Grape Variety 以Chardonnay，Pinot Noir 同埋 Pinot Meunier 為主，開頭試嘅一兩種都係 Simple，Easy Drinking，Crispy，Apple，Lime，Pear 等等Character，High Acidity，好適合作為開胃酒。⠀

而令我最印象深刻嘅就係1998年嗰枝 Clover Hill Vintage Brut，Perfectly-aged，開始洋溢出Mushroom，Umami，Bread dough 等等舊味，忍唔住買咗兩支返屋企。⠀

雖然今年應該都未必travel到，但下次「Effervescence塔斯曼尼亞氣泡酒節」我一定會再返嚟，預埋你哋！⠀

有沒有人有好想去旅行啊🥲

五年前的今天我在塔斯玩耍! 現在只能用臉書提醒來看以前旅遊照來過過乾癮了🤟 塔斯真的好美! 之後一定要再去一次小旅行!!!

I was mesmerised by this magnificent lake view and couldn't get enough of it. It was quite a bit of walk but it was totally worth it!

Tasmania is such a cute place to visit. Definitely will go again once the boarder is open.

Miss the time that we could travel without restrictions....(who doesn't?)
