【被指觸犯租借合約　何韻詩藝術中心演唱會取消】
　
「612基金」信託人之一、歌手何韻詩今日（9月1日）在社交平台公布，香港藝術中心昨日（8月31日）以觸犯其場地租借條款22(c)為由，取消她於9月6日的場地預訂，因此原定當日於藝術中心舉行的演唱會要取消。

該條款提到「若租用人未能遵守或履行本條款和條件的任何規定，或者在租用過程中可能危及公共秩序或公共安全的情況下，管理人可以在不通知的情況下取消已確認的預訂並終止租用場地。」

她批評「香港藝術中心並沒有提供任何證據及解釋，說明我們的表演在哪方面觸犯此規。在一再查問之下，香港藝術中心僅回覆『The management of the Arts Centre is duty bound to observe closely the recent developments in society and the laws concerned』，依然沒有進一步的具體解說。」

混ぜるだけですので限りなく失敗は少ないです。

【ingredients】Daiso aluminum pound cake mold 7.4×3.9×1.9in
100g Unsalted butter
100g Granulated sugar
2 　　eggs
40ml　milk
80g　Flour
25g Unsweetened cocoa powder
4g　Baking powder
a pinch of salt
Apply to pound type
　a pinch of Unsalted butter
　a pinch of Flour

【材料】ダイソー アルミ パウンドケーキ型 18.7×10×4.8㎝
無塩バター　　　 　　100g
グラニュー糖 　　　　100g
卵 　　　　　　　　　2個
牛乳　　　　　　　　 40ml
薄力粉　　　　　　　 80g
無糖ココアパウダー　 25g
ベーキングパウダー　　4g
塩　　　　　　　　　　少々
パウンド型に塗る
無塩バター　　　　　適量
薄力粉　　　　　　　適量

◆動画で使ったパウンドケーキ型
ダイソー アルミ パウンドケーキ型 18.7×10×4.8㎝

【作り方】

①パウンドケーキ型の内側に無塩バターをしっかりと塗って薄力粉を茶こしで全体に振って冷蔵庫で約20分冷やします。

②ボールに無塩バターを入れて、電子レンジ600wで30-40秒温めて、泡だて器で良く混ぜてクリーム状にします。

③グラニュー糖、室温に戻して溶きほぐした卵、約40℃に温めた牛乳を加えながらその都度良く混ぜて、薄力粉とココアパウダーをふるいながら加えて良く混ぜます。

④パウンドケーキ型に生地を流しいれます。

⑤160℃に予熱したオーブンで40～45分焼きます。
竹串を刺して生の生地がついてこなければ焼けています。

⑥焼けたらパウンド型のままケーキクーラーで冷まして、ラップで包んで冷蔵庫で一晩冷やします。。
その日に食べても良いですが1日経つとしっとりとして、さらに美味しくなります。

※バターについてのお知らせ
今まで材料にバターと書いていましたが、お菓子に使用するバターは基本的に無塩バターになります。
それを詳しく書いてませんでしたので、これからは「バター」は「無塩バター」と書きます。
それ以前に「バター」と書いておりましても「無塩バター」を使用していますのでよろしくお願いします。
