I share my story about mental illness with Dr Farihah of HDOK , Sandakan.
I think first of all, I would like to clarify what STIGMA and DISCRIMINATION means because sometimes the two are confused with each other.
STIGMA - someone sees you in a negative way because of your mental illness
DISCRIMINATION - someone treats you in a negative way because of your mental illness
So STIGMA happens when a person defines someone by their illness rather than WHO they are as an individual. For example, they might be labelled “psychotic” rather than “a person experiencing psychosis”.
Second is to understand what is a mental illness
There are many different conditions that are recognised as mental illnesses. The more common types are:
Anxiety disorders
Mood disorders (eg Bipolar)
Psychotic disorders - hallucinations, delusions , schizophrenia
Eating disorders - Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge eating
Impulse Control & Addiction disorders (kleptomaniac, pyromania, compulsive gambling)
Personality disorders
OCS
PTSD

🔴MY REVIEW: Overall I really like this mascara. It applies evenly, stays on all day and is easy to remove without causing eyelash loss. This mascara is great for giving my lashes volume while still looking natural. No clumping and makes my lashes look amazing. Definitely recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: The bristles are so perfect to draw thin lines. The eyeliner has a glossy effect which enhance and highlight my eyes. Its super pigmented and it’s waterproof but it’s quite easy to clean as well. The tip is capable of making thin to thick lines and so much more. Overall, I have no complaints.

PROBLEM: Many growers subject produce to a toxic treatment to protect
it from pests and fungal attack. Sometimes produce is also coated with a wax or oily substance to prevent decay and preserve quality and appearance during transportation. But this waxy layer can also have the unwanted eff ect of trapping undesirable dirt and debris.
SOLUTION: Make sure your fresh fruits and vegetables are free of dirt,
