Baskin-Robbins Japan Pokemon Ice Cream Master Set. You can choose 6 kinds of ice cream. I selected Chocolate Mint, Strawberry Cheesecake, Popping Shower, Caramel Ribbon, Triple Soda with Pikachu and Pikachu Happy Party. Chocolate Mint is very refreshing, Strawberry Cheesecake is rich flavor and I like the texture of cheesecake, Popping Shower contains popping candy, Caramel Ribbon is rich and sweet, Triple Soda with Pikachu uses cola, soda and melon soda ice and I like the combination, Pikachu Happy Party is yogurt and apple sorbet. Btw, I used Dry Ice in this video, but they are very cold. So if you handle them, you must be careful. Don't touch bare hands.

看到就已經感受到清涼，這個夏天就用帕菲(Parfait)來結尾吧。
帕菲(Parfait)一詞是法語，原是一種口感介於冰淇淋及冰沙的點心，
到了美國帕菲(Parfait)演變成聖代(Sundae)，在瘦長的杯子裡填入冰淇淋，澆上果醬或糖漿，有時也會加上巧克力、擠上奶油、或水果等，例如最經典的「香蕉船」，絕對不陌生吧！而重視細節與質感的日本人把Parfait做到出神入化，使用時令水果、各種奶油與零食去裝飾，華麗又精緻。

這個配方是我隨興地把家中冰箱中有的水果與當季的玫瑰李去組合而成的，入口有優格與玫瑰李的天然果酸，乳酪滑順綿密，酥酥脆脆的蛋白餅與散發花香的玫瑰花茶凍，帕菲是不用斤斤計較克數的甜點，全依自己的喜好，適合一個任性優雅的午後。
