🤔誰說輕量化會降低安全❓
輕量化觀念是檢討需要與多餘，放下“預備用”的想法，實實在在利用每一次上山所攜帶的裝備。Who says that lightweight camping need to sacrifice comfortable ?
Who says lightweighting will reduce security?
The concept of lightweighting is to review the need and redundancy, and to put aside the idea of “preparatory use”, and really use each equipment that carried into mountain.
這次行程我與 Casual愷穹戶外運動工作室C.O.S的紅牌嚮導小蘇一起帶隊落實輕量化。
隊員個人背包重量標準為十公斤以下，此次冠軍為5.8公斤。
On this trip, I with with the famous guide Xiao Su of Casual Outdoor Sport Ltd. to led the team to implement lightweight.
The individual weight of the team member's backpack is less than 10 kg, and the champion's backpack is 5.8 kg.
而我與蘇為例，攜帶了共用的急救包、無限電與全隊避難用的大外帳。
🤤晚餐酸菜白肉鍋，有豬肉🐷有蝦🦐有蛤粒。還有甜麵醬炒烤鴨🦆。新鮮葡萄🍇為飯前甜點。還有我喜愛的每日C果汁。❤️
我們倆的背包平均重量為八公斤。而我也不覺得犧牲了安全，或是委屈了胃。
I and Su with a first aid kit for the team, walkie talkie and a large tarp for the team to defilade when bad weather.
Our dinner is"sauerkraut white meat hotpot", there are pork🐷 and shrimp🦐 with clam.There is also a burn duck🦆 with a sweet noodle sauce.Fresh grapes🍇 are pre-dinner desserts.There is also my favorite juice.
Our backpacks weigh an average of eight kilograms.And I don't feel that I have sacrificed security in security or have sacrifice my stomach.
當然不能跟追求極度輕量化的魔人相較，我們只是落實去蕪存菁。
此趟所有攜帶出門的裝備，無一被擱置，全都有使用到。
正餐食物，乾乾淨淨吃完沒有廚餘。唯行動糧（糖果）剩了一半以上，71公克多餘重量。
不要被喜愛追求極端的輕量魔人嚇到了，建議大家可以試試看檢視自己裝備。
減輕背包重量會讓登山更輕鬆更安全。😘

Dinner food all be finished. Only candy left more than half, 71 grams of excess weight.
Don't be scared by person who loves to pursue light-weigh extremes.I suggest you try it and look at your equipment.
Reducing the weight of the backpack will make climbing easier and safer.😘
