Today I decided to focus on lower body work out. I'm a little lazy at doing lower body because I tend to focus more on upper body work out. However, after all that rendang and lemang from Raya, I felt it was essential that I worked on my legs and gluteus 😂
Exercise sequence and the focus:
1. Back lunges
- emphasize toning more on the glute(butts) and also thighs
2. Deadlift
-total body movement that targets more on hamstring muscles and also the glute
- also works the upper back muscles for nice back

- specifically target the hamstring muscles
4. Glute machine (single hip extension
- specifically works on the butts more
