You may know of the fun aviation-themed outdoor playground at The Oval at Seletar Aerospace Park (2nd pic) which not only has play areas for younger & older kids, it also has a life-sized Ludo gameboard (9th pic)!
But did you know situated just beside it, is this oasis of tranquil nature? Hampstead Wetlands Park is a green sanctuary that provides a conducive environment for plants, birds and other wildlife that inhabit freshwater ecosystems. Lamdscaped like a lush English garden, it has a huge pond with plenty of lily pads - IG-worhty alert! 😁
The whole park is not big - you can walk along the boardwalk that runs alongside the water and hit a short gravel trail that leads you through a forested area. The whole walk probably takes about 20min in total so nothing too strenuous. It's a great place to bring the kids for a short walk if you are planning to visit the neighbouring The Oval.

First, let's get to know the owner of Union Mall.
In fact, Union Mall is a Sirichit family business.

Bonanza Mall is one of the center of popular fashion stores.
For teenagers in that neighborhood and also the source of selling student uniforms.
Interesting thing is that the BONANSA MALL business model will break the rental area into small boot for small shops instead of modeling large stores like other malls.
The idea was originally from Mr. Prachaphati, your father Jiraphat, traveling to Singapore and Hong Kong, finding that the rental price in the trade would be more expensive, which would make the small rental area more likely to be popular in the next time.
This is how the Sirichit family brings such observation to the business until it becomes Bonanza Mall.
Afterwards, Mr. Jiraphatsirichit, the oldest daughter has graduated from the USA.
She started helping out at Bonanza Mall for a while.
