VHC baked crab shells (cua nhồi thịt và phô mai)

Yield 10 stuffed crab shells
——
Ingredients for filling:
• 8 oz imitation crab or real crab meat (sliced or shredded)
• 1/2 lb ground pork
• 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
• 1/4 cup sliced green onion
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 1/2 tsp Tony Chachere’s creaole seasoning
•1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 oz soften cream cheese
• 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese

Extra Ingredients:
• 10 small-medium cleaned blue crab shells
• Extra parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

Other/Tools:
• Baking sheet
• Aluminum foil
• Spoon

Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients listed under filling in a mixing bowl. Mix well so that all ingredients are combined.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
4. Fill each blue crab shell with the filling. Don’t fill it over the top of the shell.
5. Place the shells on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Take the baking sheet out and sprinkle the extra cheese on top. Return it back to the oven for
another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
7. Optional: add sliced green onions or chopped cilantro on top.
8. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Today I will prepare my lunch using Ayam Brand Baked Beans. I love @ayambrandmy baked beans as it packed with fiber, plant- based protein. and low fat. And baked beans pair well with any dishes like a bowl of hot pipping rice, or bake beans wrapped. Let's me shared with you Cheese Baked Beans with Scallop recipes:-
1 big can Ayam Brand Baked Beans Cheese
Shredded Cheddar cheese
6-7 fresh scallop ( you can opt with other seafood)
Minced beef meat ( opt for chicken if you are not beef person)
Shitake Mushroom or Button Mushroom
Preparation
1) Cooked the minced meat with mushroom together until it turn golden brown. Remember put a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
2) Then spread on the bowl and topped with Ayam Brand Baked beans and scallop.
3) Then topped with shredded Cheddar cheese and baked in oven for 15 to 20minutes with medium heat

Popia carbonara in the house. Kita tak letak carrot ke mcm org lain. Tak tahu lah jadi ke tak ni. Tapi org kata sedappppp. 😜😜
Eh.
Kita update la resepi bagi semua buat. Ni cara saya tau. Kalau nak follow, silakan. 😍
Bahan-bahan Popia Carbonara 🧀
* 2 biji bawang Holland
* 8 cili api hijau
* 12 ulas bawang putih
* Sepeket sosej yang dihiris serong2
* Ayam cincang (sy pakai RAMLY @ SAUDI) 1 peket
* Kiub pati ayam (1 kiub)
* 2 tin sos carbonara prego (tin biru cair)
* 1 tin sos cheesy prego (tin kuning)
* Susu full cream 1/2 kotak kecik (100ml) -optional
* Sedikit butter untuk menumis
* Serbuk lada hitam (agak2)
* Mixed herbs (wajib) 2 sudu kecik
* Sedikit bancuhan tepung jagung (pekatkan inti)
* Kulit popia (jenama KG pakai yang 40 pcs punya) inti ni boleh dapat banyak popia. Ikot berapa banyak inti anda letak la, anggaran 2 - 3 peket kulit popia
* Garam (kne rasa dlu, sbb sos carbonara dlm tin dah masin)
* Sedikit tepung + air (gam kulit popia)
Cara-cara:
1. Blend bawang, b.putih, cili api (guna air agak2 jgn banyak sgt)
2. Goreng sosej dgn sedikit minyak sehingga agak garing & ketepikan (ini menambahkan tekstur dlm popia)
3. Masakkan ayam cincang dgn sedikit minyak & ketepikan (proses ni cepatkan kita buat inti; air & minyak lebihan proses ni nnt masukkan dlm inti)
4. Panaskan minyak. Tumiskan bahan2 blend.
5. Masukkan mixed herbs + lada hitam sedikit
6. Bila bahan tumis dah agak kering dan bau wangi semerbak, masukkan isi ayam. Masukkan dgn semua air & lebihan minyak. Jgn dibuang.
7. Masukkan kiub ayam. Gaul sebati.
8. Masukkan sos prego (semua). Gunakan sedikit air utk goncang tin tadi. Syg kalau dibiarkan lebihan dia. Kita kena berjimat. 🤣. Gaulkan sehingga rata.
9. MasukkAn susu full cream.
10. Setelah mendidih. Masukkan sosej y digoreng tadi
11. Masukkan sedikit air + tepung jagung. Ini utk pastikan inti kita agak pekat. Kalau tak nnt goreng dia meleleh keluar. (Agak2 ye yang ni)
12. Sejukkan inti. Boleh masukkan dlm peti sekejap (inti akan pekat dan mudahkan proses nak menggulung)
13. Isi inti ke atas kulit popia (pakai y 40pcs- besar sikit) . Boleh tambahkan shredded cheddar cheese sejemput / cheese slices (cheese slices 1 keping - dipotong 5) dan gulungkan seperti biasa
14. letakkan bancuhan air + tepung gandum dihujungnya sebagai gam supaya inti tak meleleh semasa digoreng. (INI TIPS!!!)
15. Setelah selesai boleh masukkan sekejap dlm peti & sedia untuk digoreng.
TIPS:
-Gunakan juga sos cheesy PREGO (tin kuning) wajib cuba sbb inti jadi lagi sedap
-Kulit popia guna jenama KG
-Pakai y 40pcs sbb besar dan gulungan akan jadi kemas, inti takkan meleleh
-Guna gam (air + tepung gandum) utk tutup gulungan
-Goreng dlm minyak y mmg panas, tapi api nye slow ye.
-Inti kalau buat banyak @ terlebih boleh simpan dlm freezer. Tahan lama takde masalah. Nnt tinggal beli kulit popia dan gulung aje. Senang & mudah.

豚キャべチ焼き
1枚分
材料:
キャベツ 100g
豚バラ肉 50g
ピザ用チーズ 20g
塩 ふたつまみ
片栗粉 大さじ1
ごま油 小さじ1
食べるラー油 大さじ1
オイスターソース 小さじ1
糸唐辛子 適量
作り方:
1.キャベツはピーラーで千切りにする。
2.ボウルにキャベツ、ピザ用チーズ(半量)、片栗粉、塩を入れてよく混ぜる。
3.フライパンにごま油をひき、豚バラ肉を並べ、(2)を入れ、両面をこんがり焼き、
残りのピザ用チーズを散らし、フライパンに蓋をして余熱でチーズを溶かす。
4.(3)を器に盛り、食べるラー油とオイスターソースを混ぜて上にかけ、糸唐辛子をのせたら完成!

Spicy Cheese Pancakes with Pork & Cabbage
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
100g cabbage
50g sliced pork belly
20g shredded cheese
Some salt
1 tablespoon potato starch
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chili oil flakes
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Some chili threads
PREPARATION
1. Shred the cabbage with a peeler,
2. Put cabbage, pizza cheese (half amount), potato starch and salt in a bowl and mix well.
3.Sprinkle sesame oil in a frying pan, line up the pork belly, add (2), and brown both sides.
Sprinkle the rest of the pizza cheese, cover the frying pan and melt the cheese with residual heat.
4. Place (3) on a plate. Mix chili oil flakes and oyster sauce in a bowl and pour over (3). Put some chili threads on top.
5. Enjoy!

■焼き芋のハニーナッツグラタン
1本分
材料:
焼き芋 1本(300g程度)
バター 10g
ミックスナッツ 10g
ピザ用チーズ 40g
塩 少々
パセリ 少々
はちみつ 適量
作り方:
1. 焼き芋の両側を1cm程度残して包丁で横一本の切り込みを入れる。
2. バターを半分に切ったら焼き芋の溝に入れて、ナッツ、塩を加えたらチーズをのせ、パセリをまぶす。
3. オーブントースターで10分程度(表面に焼き色がつくまで)加熱する。皿にのせてはちみつをかけたら、完成!
■焼き芋のチョコバニラアイス
1本分
材料:
焼き芋 1本(300g程度)
バニラアイス 100g
アーモンドスライス 大さじ1
チョコスプレー 小さじ1
作り方:
1. 焼き芋の両側を1cm程度残して包丁で横一本の切り込みを入れる。
2. 大きめのスプーンでアイスをすくいながら、焼き芋のみぞに挟む。
3. 皿に乗せてチョコスプレーとアーモンドスライスを全体に散らしたら、完成!

◆Baked Sweet Potatoes au Gratin with Honey Nuts
Servings: 1 baked sweet potato
INGREDIENTS
1 baked sweet potato (abt 300g)
10g butter
10g mixed nuts
40g shredded cheese
Some parsley
Some honey
PREPARATION
1. Make a shallow cut horizontally on the potato. Leave 1cm for both sides.
2. Cut the butter into halves and place them in the potato. Put mixed nuts and salt. Place shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle with some parsley.
3. Bake for 10 minute in the toaster oven (until golden). Transfer to a plate. Add some honey on top.
4. Enjoy!

Servings: 1 baked sweet potato
INGREDIENTS
1 baked sweet potato (abt 300g)
100g vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon chocolate sprinkles
1 tablespoon almond slices

1. Make a shallow cut horizontally on the potato. Leave 1cm for both sides.
2. Place vanilla ice cream in the potato cut.
3. Place the potato on a plate. Add some chocolate sprinkles and almond slices on top.

作法:
1. 烤盤中央放入喜愛的食材後,在烤盤溝槽依序放入材料A、B、C。
2. 金針菇和奶油煮至奶油融化、金針菇軟即可。
3. 將起司絲煮至融化,搭配烤好的肉捲起食用即可。
4. 年糕翻面,將醬汁煮至濃郁,搭配起司絲一起食用即可。
5. 將烤好的肉片沾上蛋液,口感更軟滑。沾不完的蛋液加上適量日式醬油拌勻,倒入其中一個溝槽,烤至蛋液凝固即可。
