Chọn kem chống nắng nào cho body trong mùa hè nắng gắt này?
Da đen sạm là một nỗi lo rất lớn. Bên cạnh việc chống nắng cho da mặt thì body cũng cần được chăm sóc, chống nắng để có một làn da khỏe mạnh.
Muốn kem chống nắng đạt hiệu quả tốt thì bạn cần sử dụng đúng các bước trong quy trình chăm sóc da của mình. Thời điểm để thoa kem chống nắng thích hợp nhất là từ 8h sáng, thoa 20 phút trước khi ra ngoài và cần thoa lại 2h đến 3h sau đó để bảo vệ làn da được hiệu quả nhất. Còn liều lượng thích hợp để bôi lên da là trong khoảng 25 – 30 gram, với kem chống nắng dạng xịt thì xịt qua lại thành 4 lớp kem trải đều lên da. Lưu ý là không dùng kem chống nắng body cho da mặt vì từng vùng da sẽ có những điểm khác nhau về chất kem, thành phần và chức năng, như vậy sẽ không còn hiệu quả khi sử dụng.
