繼台北／台中之後，新加坡亦在日前公佈，新一年度米芝蓮星級食肆名單。
一共有49間餐廳奪星，而我只去過Burnt Ends。
其中一間新星，新加坡香格里拉酒店的中菜廳Shang Palace，沒錯，即是九龍香格里拉的姊妹香宮。
恭喜莫傑強師傅。
數年前他仍在香宮擔任總廚之時，有一晚朋友搞局，包下一間房，一張枱坐成16人，吃的不是香宮的招牌菜，而是莫師傅在新加坡工作時的拿手好戲，麥皮蝦、胡椒炒蟹、肉骨茶、叻沙。
當時仍是農曆正月，怎少得了撈起？

ปีนี้ มีร้านเดียวที่ยังรักษาดาว ⭐️ ไว้ได้
คือ ก๋วยเตี๋ยวหมู Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle
ส่วนไก่ซีอิ๊ว 🐔 Hawker Chan ถูกปลดดาวไปเรียบร้อยโรงเรียนมิชลินแล้วค่ะ
