I recently shared some photos of Luna when she was still a puppy on my Instagram, and a good friend suggested that I should tell more people the story of how we rescued Luna during our vacation.
I told her that I am not a good story teller and I am not good with words.
Anyway, I managed to edit a simple video about Luna’s journey from being a stray at a resort to becoming a part of our family.
We found Luna during our stay at an eco resort in Lombok back in 2018, and we had decided to adopt her. It was definitely a process trying to get her from Lombok to Kuala Lumpur due to language barrier, but we are so happy that she’s here with us now, and that we are able to provide her a safe and happy forever home!

Her name is Raven, and unfortunately, we lost Raven to FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) on the 19th of March 2019 ?
Big thanks to Lombok Animal Rescue, Groovy Pet Transport and RF Pets Relocation Services for being part of the journey.
And special thanks to Shannon Lam of KL Pooch Resort And Rescue for taking such great care of Chewy and Luna for us whenever we are away ♥️

早晨，今日起食肆有晚市，條街明顯會多番人。股票升，賣地成績好(i.e. 長實過百億買地)，水漲船高，我預期對舖市必定有刺激作用。
個個開始出返嚟睇舖 (午市 AND 晚市)，再做多兩星期功課，三月份舖市會好勁，you will see!
仲記得，我2019年3月22日，試過同一日簽約售出三間街舖 (太子OK便利店 3350萬，山林道酒舖 1280萬，西環壽司店 2800萬，合共7430萬)，買入容易賣出難，無夾過!
當時市場的「回力」仲無今次咁大。I HAVE A FEELING THIS MAY COME AGAIN IN MARCH 2021.
昨日我爸爸同我講: 「根興，今年真係要擺多啲錢喺舖市!」(無奈「康業」現在搞緊上市，要留多啲錢在身邊以防不時之需 ?... you know)
總結2020年，樓市一手及二手註冊成交量合共有約5526億，舖市只得199億，樓市是舖市的 27.8倍!
在工商舖雙倍印花稅之前一年，即2012年，樓市一二手合共有4552億註冊成交，同期舖市成交量為803億，樓市只是舖市的 5.7倍 !
