哈囉，我是賓狗，一起來聽新聞、學英文吧！
今天就用 5 個單字，聊聊我對中天新聞換照的看法。�
1【license renewal 換照 】- 名詞
The NCC rejected the license renewal application by CTiTV.
中天新聞台申請換照，國家通訊傳播委員會予以駁回。
中天換照失敗、關台，這大概是本月數一數二的熱門話題了，不過確實是非常值得討論的話題，可以一起思考討論，我們想要的民主與新聞，該長什麼模樣。
在接下來的單字中，我會解釋我的立場，現在先來分享「換照」的英文。
換照就是 license renewal，renew 就是「更新」，動詞。你可能好奇，為什麼更新不是翻成「update」呢？
update 通常是「升級」那種更新，設備或內容變得更好。這邊「換照」，只是確定新聞台有沒有資格繼續持有證照，所以是 renew，不是 update。
�2【freedom of the press 新聞自由】 - 名詞
We uphold freedom of the press for the right of the public to receive accurate information.
新聞自由的意義，在於確保大眾能獲得正確的資訊。
也就是說，新聞自由不是在保障你「黑白講」的權利唷，不是鼓勵你有錢就可以開電視台，散播謠言。
那麼中天新聞呢？它散播的是新聞與愛（?!），還是謠言與仇恨呢？
下個單字。
3【violation 違規】- 名詞
The CTiTV’s violations are related to spreading disinformation and biased reporting.
中天電視台違規頻頻，刻意誤導大眾且報導偏頗。�
而就像第二個單字討論過的，新聞自由不應該保障造謠者，因為造謠的新聞台，對社會大眾沒有貢獻。
第 4 個單字來看，中天換照失敗，有什麼後果？
4【cable TV station 有線電視台】- 名詞
Cable TV stations are required to obtain broadcast licenses.
有線電視台必須取得證照許可
其實我覺得後果也沒有想像中嚴重（誤），就是不能在電視跟 MOD 播出，但是可以繼續在網路上活動，像是 YouTube 等平台都可以。
有線電視台，就是 cable TV station。

5【pro-China 親中】- 形容詞
The CTiTV is a pro-China cable news station, but that doesn’t affect its license renewal application much.
中天新聞確實親中，但並不是換照失敗的主因。
至少 NCC 表示，主因是中天一直違規，散播偏頗及錯誤的資訊。
其實我覺得，這也是中天重生的機會啊～
先說，我並不喜歡親中論點。但是，如果今天中天保持親中立場，但是願意比較客觀地報導兩岸統一的好處與壞處，那麼我可能會反對 NCC 撤照。
想像一個平行宇宙，在那裡，中天還是支持兩岸統一，不過，它除了大讚中國的經濟及效率之外，也願意承認中國的不好，客觀揭露中國的專制威權、不公不義。
這樣的中天新聞，你覺得如何？

KINH NGHIỆM APPLY HỌC BỔNG Ở ĐÀI LOAN 🌍
Ở nhà mưa gió bão bùng, ngồi trong mùng mơ về một ngày sang Đài Loan đi Cao Hùng thả đèn trời, ăn bét nhè lúc đi du học có ưng cái bụng không cả nhà?

1️⃣ Trên facebook có 2 group về du học Đài Loan hoạt động khá sôi nổi: VSATW - Học bổng và Du học Taiwan và Săn học bổng du học Đài Loan. Mọi người có thể search và join group nhé. Trong group các bài được pin có đầy đủ thông tin từ các trường, ngành học, bậc học; cho đến thông tin học bổng Chính phủ Đài Loan, học bổng của các trường; mức sống, môi trường học tập; hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự, công chứng giấy tờ; kinh nghiệm nộp hồ sơ visa được mọi người thảo luận rất sôi nổi và nhiệt tình.
2️⃣ Một số điểm cần lưu ý:
- Có một số trường không cập nhật thông tin bằng tiếng Anh đầy đủ như tiếng Trung, nếu tìm thông tin khó khăn cứ mạnh dạn gửi email cho trường, khoa, hoặc giáo sư nhé.
- Xem kỹ trường có yêu cầu gửi hard copies không, 80% trường ở Đài Loan yêu cầu việc này. Khi gửi mọi người có thể xem thêm dịch vụ Next Day Delivery của VN Post, giá cả hợp lý, gửi hôm trước hôm sau đến.
- 90% các trường đều yêu cầu gửi bản photo bằng và bảng điểm đã được công chứng tại VP Kinh tế & Văn hóa Đài Bắc khi apply (các nước khác bạn chỉ phải làm bước này khi nộp visa để đi học).
Nên sắp xếp làm sớm để chủ động và đỡ tốn tiền, như mình nộp hồ sơ cận deadline quá phải nộp làm gấp nên là $22.5/tem thay vì $15 (đắng hết bộ lòng 😂).
VP Kinh tế & Văn hóa Đài Bắc họ chỉ nhận tờ USD loại mới, nhớ lưu ý khi đi đổi tiền.
- HB Chính phủ mới được cho trọn khóa học, HB của các trường thường sẽ xem xét renew dựa trên kết quả học tập của bạn ở kỳ/năm học trước.

Machine Robo DX Series Bike Robo MRDX-01 By Action Toys
Action Toys had actually released Bike Robo few years ago, and this year, the DX (stands for Deluxe) is a new update. Compared to the previous release, the DX version is very different in terms of size, structure and gimmicks. It is twice the size of the original one, to match the mainstream scale of transformable robot toys nowadays. Structure wise, the transformation concept is similar but due to the increase in size, we can remove all the unreliable ball joint structures and part-forming transformation. The result is a very solid feeling, clear and sharp transformation and playing experience.
The range of articulation was also improved. More gimmicks like magnetic attaching wheels, push-to-release faces, chromed engine parts, all those features that cannot be added to smaller versions are now possible to be included. Finally, the idea behind the DX version is also different, it is a show-accurate design based on the US cartoon version. In previous product line we are targeting to renew the old toy-line of Machine robo, so all designs are based on the vintage toys. But DX version is more like a re-make of show character in US, so the approach is rather different.
