Job title: Administration Assistant (Intern)

Internship period: 1 January – 30 June 2017
B. Job Description
1. Assist with maintaining the NTIO Achilles database & management system, including preparing mailing lists, contact lists, and CRM for Representative/Executive Assistant to Representative.
2. Assist with coordinating events, business trips and meeting arrangements.
3. Assist with supporting contract negotiations and maintain relations with suppliers & service providers.
4. Assist with supporting the NTIO administration team.
C. Knowledge & Skill Requirements
• Knowledge of computer programs (Windows, MS-Office), and preferably CRM systems
• Social and communication skills
• Skill in using a CRM system preferred
D. Competences
• Communicative
• Detail-oriented
• Integrity
E. Level of Education / additional knowledge
• Secondary vocational level
• Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English
F. Work environment:
The Administration Assistant will be part of the NTIO Administration Office and reports to the Executive Assistant to the Representative.
About NTIO
The Netherlands Trade and Investment office (NTIO) is the formal representation of the government of the Netherlands in Taiwan. Its mission is to promote and support cooperation between Taiwanese and Dutch institutions and companies in the field of commerce, investment, science & technology, culture, and education. The NTIO also facilitates exchanges in public governance best-practices between the Netherlands and Taiwan. In addition, the NTIO handles visa applications and consular matters for Taiwanese, Dutch and third-country nationals.
