孕婦可以運動嗎?
可以拿重量嗎?
各位不要想太多沒有任會要孕婦測PR
或是一些高強度高爆發訓練
如果平時有在訓練的媽咪
只要身體沒有不適以及醫生的評估後
還是可以持續的運動🤘🏻
當然一定要有專業教練在
確保動作安全性
最重要的其實孕婦運動還有以下好處
1. 幫助妳承受懷孕期間增加的體重
2. 讓妳有更好的睡眠品質
3. 改善心情,給妳滿滿能量
4.準備好滿滿的體力來迎接北鼻誕生
5.產後較好恢復身型
在備孕中的妳如果還沒嘗試任何運動的
不妨可以在清單中加入一些訓練
培養規律的習慣,
運動不僅可改善肌肉力量和耐力💪🏻
還可以讓孕媽咪更容易適應懷孕所帶來的生理變化❤️

After taking a 9-month hiatus from working out, I'm finally back on the bandwagon!
My current body state is defo not how I'd like it to be. Ive always been active, even through my entire pregnancy. So this 9 months of slacking really made me feel quite lousy, physically and mentally. I feel lethargic all the time, and i literally feel my muscles weakening away, especially after pregnancy, child birth and breastfeeding, my posture and alignment is completely off.
So, i'm really proud of myself for working out 8 times in the last 8 days! Really deserve a big pat on my back! All thanks to u @minshanlai for being my workout buddy and for recommending the gym. I love our enthusiasm! We mustn't let this blazing fire and determintation die down k! Lol!

I remember during my pregnancy with Tien, as my belly got bigger, so did the resistance and inertia to workout. I was very lucky I still had a strong fitness foundation from being an athlete that carried me through the pregnancy and post partum recovery.
I feel very deconditioned, having retired from track for almost 3 years now, and now make intentional efforts to move and exercise. I know a fitter me will only benefit myself; and my loved ones by enabling me to be the best care taker I can be. And keep up with Tien!!
Popped by Nike recently to pick out some cute outfits to help with motivation on extra lazy days and most importantly, that fit my changing body well so I can keep moving comfortably.
