ATUM Restaurant is always exceptional in their presentation, innovation and taste.

It was a bit hard to find as it was inside a line of boutique area right in the corner. However, once you walk in, the decor is pretty nice, chic and modern.

Their afternoon tea set didn’t come in the typical three-tier stand, instead, it came in a huge flat porcelain platter and the plating of the items was so beautiful, like a piece of artwork.

With a mixture of sweet and savory items, there were 24 dainty delicious sweets to share between two, and a choice of drink and salads.

Some of the savory items include foie gras terrine, tuna tartare, cucumber crabmeat salad and beetroot salmon.

Sweet items included, macarons, cheesecake, chocolate and purple yam chocolate tart.

The stand out for me was the macarons, especially the caramel flavored one. Crispy on the outside and so chewy inside!!! You can order the macarons individually for just $22 a piece! What a steal.

The salmon was wonderfully oily, fatty and aromatic. The crab meat salad was super sweet and fresh. The foie gras terrine was so flavorful.

I think the savory items definitely stood out more to me, save the macarons.
