{Giveaway} Creativity 521: Fun with Magic Water Babies!
We started off the school holidays with a DIY session which was exciting, creative and colourful! It's our first time playing with these Magic Water Babies and the kids were fascinated to see how each of their creations came to 'life' in the water.
The instructions come in the box and are pretty simple to follow - mix 30g of milk calcium into a litre of warm water, dip the moulds in and brush them well, squeeze the food grade coloured gel and fill the mould to the brim, dip and shake to see your water babies being formed. Easy and fun, right?
The water can be kept and reused for 10 days while the water babies can be kept in water for up to a month. Yup, they don't last forever but the fun is in the process of experimenting, learning and creating, isn't it? I am pretty sure the kids enjoyed it lots because they were still busy pouring, squeezing, scooping and shaking after a couple of hours as they added more and more water babies to our collection.

P.S. The kids came up with their own idea of making totally transparent ones in the end (see end of video) and would hide them in the water for the rest to spot and hunt. Cool, right?
