皇牌滷水湯麵 ($46)
醬汁選擇了秘製汁，麵類則選擇了幼麵。一碗車仔麵，有齊辣魚蛋、雞翼尖、蘿蔔、滷水蛋、瑞士雞翼、鳳爪等配料。

The Hainan Story 海南宝, a new 5-in-1 multi-brand Hainanese restaurant opens today at Hillion Mall! Look forward to well-known brands such as Wee Nam Kee and Ah Chiang’s porridge and newborns such as The Hainan Story, Newspaper Curry Rice and Uncle Robert Western.
🥢First-timers should try Ah Chiang’s Traditional Porridge’s well-loved Mixed Pork Porridge which comes with springy, handmade pork balls, succulent sliced meat and an array of pig intestines.
🥢Founded in 1987, Wee Nam Kee Chicken Rice has become an institution, thanks to its delicious chicken rice. Only the freshest chickens are gently simmered in premium chicken bone stock along with a selection of ingredients according to a secret recipe.
🥢The Hainan Story serves old-school breakfasts with traditional Hainanese toasts with Home-Made Gula Melaka Kaya & Cold Butter. Don’t forget to order some good ol’ decadent ‘Kopi Gu You'.
🥢Newspaper Curry Rice's curry chicken recipe has been passed down the generations from a staunch Hainanese matriarch. You should try Mama Wee’s Hainanese Curry Chicken Drumstick Set features a generous helping of tender chicken and addictive curry sauce.

材料：
4片 豆包/Bean bag/湯葉バッグ
1粒 八角/Star anise/八角
適量 四季豆/String beans/いんげん豆
40g 太白粉/Potato starch/片栗粉
調味料：
15g 砂糖/Sugar/砂糖
15ml 醬油/Soy sauce/醤油
60ml 水/Water/水
麵糊：
15g 低筋麵粉/Cake flour/薄力粉
25ml 水/Water/水
做法：
1.鍋中熱油炒糖至融化 加醬油.水
2.放入豆包.八角滷至收乾水份 起鍋放涼
3.麵粉加水調成麵糊
4.豆包.四季豆塗麵糊 捲起去頭尾
5.電鍋蒸8分鐘放涼(外鍋半杯水)
6.沾太白粉用小火煎至表面酥脆即可
