大家好,我是孫榮,今天很高興各位媒體和支持我們的顧客來參加我們的信義店的開幕。崔妮傑恩已經有近6年多的歷史,如今我們有四間餐廳,為了滿足不同年齡層和消費族群,個別有不一樣的背景概念。像復興館的崔尼傑恩就是走自選式的自助方式呈現。松高店則是輕鬆休閒的餐廳,適合家庭團體聚餐,而松高四樓有天際咖啡,成列韓國Line的人偶,適合派對,休閒酒吧,並且顧客可以展望信義區的城市美景,讓忙碌的上班族都市人,得到片刻的喘息。如今信義店則是針對追求高檔氣氛,精美美食的族群所建立。讓您能用最實在的價格,品嚐美食。菜色更是多元化,加入很多無國界的元素,進口和台灣當地食材,讓顧客有多元的選擇。

Introduction of Kai Son:
主廚孫榮Kai來自韓國,從小家裡就是做中韓的餐廳,20歲受韓國君悅Hyatt集團送日本受訓,也在之後待了日本3年苦讀 -所以他日文也通喔!, 科班出身之後,決定再前往國際大型杜拜六星級帆船飯店學習近3年,也因為這樣練得一手好刀工,期間也服務過美國小布希總統,經驗可貴。但他仍知道自己需要學習,起身出發,離鄉背景到澳洲這片土地待了6年之後,受到媒體注目,獲得澳洲Sydney美食評論One Hat主廚帽的殊榮。但,他將自己所存的錢,進修碩士-因此英文也通了,邊在洲際酒店上班,邊在澳洲藍帶Le Cordon Bleu就讀管理, Beyondce and 江南大叔,還有達賴喇嘛都吃過他的料理,期間澳洲藍帶學院也有找他教書-但老師中有他的學徒呢!,同時又有雪梨美景餐廳和渡假飯店來挖角,薪資都頗不賴,有但他百般掙扎後。。
繞地球一圈,來到台灣, 愛上台灣。之後因緣際會碰到廖董,經過考核,得到微風行政主廚的職務,所以今天才能在台灣吃他的無國界料理, 除了Trine&Zen 品牌外,Maison Kayser麵包店與咖啡輕食也由主廚監督與不斷創新。
Hi i am Kai Son 孫榮。 今天很高興你們來參加Xin Yi Breeze Center opening. Trine and Zen has established for 6 years now. We have four concepts for different customer segments. Trine and Zen Fu Xin was buffet style, while Trine and Zen Song Gao was for causal dining, suitable for group customer. Trine and Zen Park Cafe was for party, bar, and city people to take a rest with great view of Xin Yi district. And now Trine and Zen Xin Yi is for people looking for some luxury but at a very reasonale price. We aim to use natural ingredients and create a no boundary menu that our guests can order a wide range of food.
As Executive Chef of Breeze Department Store, we welcome u to enjoy these four concepts of our restaurants and u can invite ur friend to these four conceptual Trine&Zen restaurants depending on ur needs. My style and overall cooking concept are using natural ingredients and food colours to create a painting for u. Trine and Zen Xin Yi vision is to be one of the best gourmet restaurant in this competitive Taipei City. Enjoy ur shopping with Breeze Center, Enjoy ur moment with Trine and Zen. So far, I am also in charge of Maison Kayser bakery and cafe branches as well as helping in the project of Breeze Super supermarket renovation and refresh the ready-to-go good section.
