ppl ask me why so and so not in Mary Kay already... sometimes difficult to explain. All I can say is there is no short cut in success. Do it the right way is the key. Yesterday during directors meeting, staff announced this news... have mix feelings of joy and sadness.
1. Happy because we who are doing the right way has reduced competition against the illegal sellers (expired date products, selling just to clear stock but do not give right consultations of what to use, at the end of the day we, who are doing the right way in broad day light suffers from complains..)
2. Sad is because there are consultants who want to move up fast and want short term profit but lost a million dollar business. and these consultants are blacklisted and can never rejoin Mary Kay.
Thank you Mary Kay company for being a company true to her words, culture and taking legal action to protect us. #ilovemymarykay

雖然大家可能無法隨時隨地去旅行,但你的書可以噢!首先在這網站免費註冊後,創造一個屬於自己的BCID(Book Crossing Identification),之後可以在網路上下載貼在書上的標籤,之後大概有兩三種方式可以讓你的書籍旅行,像是可以把書放在車站/公園椅子上/餐廳桌上等,最後找到你的書的人可以藉由你標簽上的BCID到網站上做記錄,這樣你就追蹤得到你的書囉 :)詳細情況可以上網自己看噢~~~

In Germany there are lots of bookshelves around corners. Ppl put their novels, which they've already read and don't want to keep them, in these shelves. Anyone who likes those novels can bring them home.

I would like to introduce you my favourite childhood dish: The Best Minced Beef Rice (Bolognese in old Hong Kong Style) with Fried Egg.
This is not only my favourite childhood dish but also the favourite dish for Hong Kong people who born in 1960s-1980s. Since the chefs in old Hong Kong did not have Italian ingredients and herbs on hand. They used the limited ingredients to create such incredible dish using soy sauce, ketchup and at most tomato paste instead. The taste of this meat sauce was so unique and mouthwatering that every child loves it, or even we adults nowadays. We always love to serve this dish with rice and Fried egg with a running yolk.
Even nowadays, it is still the popular dish served in Hong Kong style teahouses. Let's make one to see the differences between the old Hong Kong Style and Italian style. I am sure it will give you a surprise (of course in a good way )
Minced Beef Rice (Bolognese in old Hong Kong Style) with Fried Egg (for 4 ppl)
Ingredients:
Ground Beef (can be half beef half pork) 375g
1 Onion
1 Carrot
4-5 cloves garlic
4tbsp frozen green pea
Some cooked rice
4 sunny shine up egg (panfried egg)
Marination:
1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
1tsp potato flour
½ cup water
Sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp tomato paste
4 tbsp ketchup
2-3 tbsp light soy sauce
A few bay leaves
700ml chicken broth/ water
2-3 tsp chicken powder stock (if water but not chicken broth is added)
A pitch of salt for seasoning
A pitch of sugar for seasoning
