說nyu是學店的人 唸過nyu嗎? 沒唸過就不要妄下評斷
很多人 根本沒唸過NYU CU TC .....
根本不了解 我們學校的情形 隨口就說哪一家是學店 不值得去...
當初 我收到NYU的 OFFER的時候 因為耶林精華區的一些負面文章曾經猶豫過
但是 我覺得來NYU是很好的決定
NYU的資源很多 教授們都是在專業領域TOP的學校畢業的
唸書是看個人 看你怎麼廿 怎麼利用資源
在NYU如果你好好唸 絕對是好的選擇
尤其是唸管理
系上會請很多大企業的經理 副總來演講 提供很多實習機會...這是很多學校沒有的
不一定要是STERN NYU每個學院都很有錢 資源真的很豐富
不怕你覺得不夠 就怕是學生自己沒去利用

我不知道你如何輕易的評定NYU 和 YALE
在我的領域---我念社會學
NYU的社會學資源 排名 學問 學風.....都很不錯
用最膚淺的方法來說 排名就比YALE好
甚至YALE的社會學還倒掉過一陣子
不過
我沒唸過YALE 我不知道他的情形 但是我想很多方面NYU並不比他差
所以我不知道你怎麼能說"小兒科"這樣的話
每一所學校都有他的特色 專業領域 和 學風 我希望能互相尊重
不要輕易說這種話

我覺得有必要修正一下，
t大的600在nyu真的是少數吧？
讀nyu的很多不是住宿就是住new port，
600的價格根本是不可能，
有的話，不是四人擠三人房，就是條件不好…

我之前住在Queens Center附近.....離地鐵很近....
我是套房，有電視.有網路.有冰箱.有自己的瓦斯爐.有衛浴.....
房東幫我包水電和網路.cable的費用.暖氣....一個月給房東500!!
我的價錢是我的同學裡面最便宜的!!食物買好....一個星期不出房門都沒有問題!!
雖然是地下室....但是還滿舒服的.....我的房間還是有小窗戶可通風!!
我另一個同學850....兩個房間...有浴室.有電視.有網路.有冰箱.有自己的瓦斯爐
(他把整個地下室都租下來.他和他兩個妹妹住....不包刮水電.網路)
在紐約水電也是驚人的花費......大部分的人都是把衣服拿到洗衣店去洗!!

我想問的是 版上有人去唸或是認識NYU的電影碩士嗎??
因為實在是問不到有人念這科系 但本身又很嚮往

申請NYU難度高不高??(我知道這問題太過模糊 所以我細述
一下自己的狀況 我是國立大學生 成績普通 托福一年前考265-270
實際分數忘了 預計畢業一年後才會出國去唸 沒有太impressive的履歷
也沒有電影相關經驗 anyway,all I have to offer is the undying passion for
films:))
希望各位有申請經驗的學長姐幫我回答這幾個問題

24學分一年計.至於要幾年幾學分畢業各個系所不同.請自查.

當然可以.只是超貴.不建議住宿

不一樣.STERN一個學分近1500.你的藝術學院由第一個問題除回來.
一個學分1376.

難度高不高視情形而定.
女友國立大學語文系畢.GPA3.4.托福250.服務業兩年半經驗.
申請到的學院與大學及工作經驗少有相關.
妳自己衡量吧.
敝人建議.經濟上許可就申請然後唸吧.
畢竟有名.又在NYC大都市.
至於將來工作.在美非名校MBA的話沒這麼樂觀.

通常修不了太多(跟大學部動則二十幾學分比起來啦)，因為研究所課程重
但通常也都可以兩年畢業，所以是不用擔心的

我一個學姊有住學校宿舍，宿舍很貴，又不一定在NYU附近
她的宿舍是在東村，一個月1800，不過空間蠻大的就是了
大部分NYU的學生可能會去住New Port

台灣的每個學院的學費都不一樣，
你覺得國外的會一樣嗎？
所以學分費應該是要看各學系網頁上的敘述，
上面幫你估的價錢應該就差不多是那個樣子吧。

嗯，難度高不高，看個人，畢竟我總覺得國外學校選學生的標準真的很難說。
我覺得如果你的條件只有熱忱，SOP要寫的強烈一點吧。
或者不如趁現在還有機會去參加一些相關的社團或是活動，
(雖然我不知道你還有多少時間)
讓你的履歷多一些相關經驗可以寫，這樣比較實際一點。

NYU國際學生每學期至少要修12學分！幾年畢業，要看你最低學分要多少～
也有一年半能畢業！如果你暑假也修課..

可！且第一年有申請，基本上大部分都會有宿舍可住！
但，宿舍在哪一棟，抽籤決定！

自然不一樣！自然相差甚遠～像Stern、或是law school的都較貴！

美國排名第一的電影科系不是省油的燈啊......
