มาตามนัดสำหรับการอัปเดตใหม่ของ NieR: Automata เวอร์ชัน PC

DSOGaming รายงานว่าวันนี้ ทางทีมงาน Square Enix และ PlatinumGames ได้มีการปล่อย Patch เวอร์ชันใหม่สำหรับเกม NieR: Automata รูปแบบ PC แล้ว หลังจากก่อนหน้านี้ มีเกมเมอร์เรียกร้องเป็นจำนวนมาก ว่าปัญหาเก่า ๆ ของตัวเกมยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข

Patch ใหม่ของ NieR: Automata ใน PC มีการเพิ่มตัวเลือกกราฟิกใหม่ เช่น เพิ่ม Fidelity FX, HDR, Anti-aliasing, UI textures ระดับ 4K, Global illumination, Ambient occlusion/bloom และแก้ปัญหาบั๊กกวนใจต่าง ๆ เช่น ปรับปรุงเฟรมเรตให้เสถียรขึ้น และลบเคอร์เซอร์ออกจากหน้าจอ หลังเสียบใช้งานจอยคอนโทรลเลอร์ โดย Patch ดังกล่าวมีเนื้อหาต้องดาวน์โหลดที่ 14.3 GB

นอกจากนี้ ตัวเกมได้ถอดระบบ DRM ป้องกันเจาะเถื่อน Denuvo ออกจากตัวเกม ซึ่งเป็นระบบที่มีการพิสูจน์แล้วว่าส่งผลกระทบทำให้ประสิทธิภาพเกมแย่ลง แน่นอนว่าการที่ตัวเกมลบ Denuvo ไปแล้ว จะช่วยทำให้เกมรันรันได้ราบรื่นขึ้นไม่มากก็น้อย

Square Enix และ PlatinumGames เตรียมปล่อยอัปเดตให้กับ NieR: Automata บน Steam ในวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคมนี้ ตามที่เคยได้ให้สัญญาไว้ หลังจากมีเกมเมอร์พบว่าตัวเกมเวอร์ชันดังกล่าวเป็นแพทช์ที่ยังไม่ได้รับการปรับปรุงปัญหาเก่า ๆ ต่างจากตัวที่อยู่บน Windows Store และ Game Pass

นอกจากนี้ อัปเดตดังกล่าวจะแก้บั๊กที่มีเมาส์ปรากฏขึ้นมาขณะใช้จอย, ตั้งค่าให้แสดงผลคัทซีนที่ 60 เฟรมตั้งแต่ต้น และยังปรับปรุงความเสถียรส่วนอื่น ๆ อีกด้วยเช่นกัน
