To make an effective wish, there are some key points you need to know,
1. Write them down, and be specific.
No matter what your religious is, or you just like me who doesn't believe anything except the universe, please be aware that all wishes need to be heard or be seen. Instead of say it out loud, you can always choose something more low key like, write all your wishes down.
Compare to "I want to lose some weight", "I want to lose 10 ponds before Christmas." will be much more effective, just be specific for everything you wish for.
And no more than ten wishes at a time, every month has new moon, so ten wishes for a month is fair enough~ lol
2. Wishes need to be make in a positive way.
Ever heard of the Law of Attraction?
Making a wish has the same law as it.
Being positive for each wish you make, instead of "Get out, all bitches!", a wish like "Surrounded by the people I love" will come true the way you wanted.
Remember, the Law of Attraction will attract anything you wish for, and they will only focus on what appears in your wish list, so if you do not want any bitches in your life, then do not write anything about bitch in the wish list.
3. Let go of it.
This may be the hardest part for making a wish, that is, after writing down all your wishes, let it go.
Look again at your wishing list, make sure everything is in the way you wanted, then let it go.
Do not ever think of how those wishes gonna come true, never ever think of it, just let go of them, the universe will find a way for them that you'll never imagine.
If you're a control freak, I'm gonna have to say this, "If you think you can control everything, then why making a wish? Because the world doesn't runs the way you wanted it to, so, let go, let the universe runs all possibilities for you."
