One Asia ,peace
What’s up ladies and gentlemen,
I’m the chair of the organizing committee Dwagie,
First of all I would like everyone to welcome our special guests
From Vietnam, Suboi
From Korea, Flowsik
From Japan, Anarchy
From the US, Steelyone
Last but not least, our own 熊仔
You may be curious, how did I meet these friends?
For some, we met at international music festivals.
Some are the friends’ friends.
Some are our collaborators .
We are all working really hard in different countries
But have no doubt , We are all connected today because of Hip hop.
It’s hard to imagine, that we can all stand together on the same stage, with the best rappers from all over Asia.
I remember in the past, in the early days of Hip Hop in taiwan , we had to subscribe by mail “The Source” magazine.
Sometimes we had to ask our friends in the US to record shows on BET, and send us the VIDEO TAPES to Taiwan
There was a joke we said at that time, Hello Kitty was more popular than Snoop Doggy Dogg.
But who knows today , Asia Hip Hop can march slowly into Europe and America.
The westerners gradually know, in Asia there’s more than just Big Bang and Jacky Chan
In addition to the songs produced by these special guests here that are taking over international stage by storm,
there’s also Dat Stick by Rich Chigga, and It g ma.
They all did well internationally, even though they are not my style , oops~
Even myself, I got to collaborate with Wu Tang, Nas, the Dalai Lama.
Made it to CNN,BBC,TIME magazine, performed at the NBA Brooklyn Nets Game.
Also a huge shout out to my sister,
our special guest today, Subio, she rapped in front of Obama, that’s so sick.
So we are all coming together here today to make this summit happen to tell the world:
“Asia Hip Hop is going to take the world by storm”
and today on the other side of Taipei, there’s also hip hop groups from China, I hope they will have a full house too.
one Asia ,peace

Dikembe Mutombo looked as if he'd been playing with the Philadelphia 76ers for years instead of hours.
Mutombo had 17 points, 13 rebounds and five blocked shots in his debut with Philadelphia as the 76ers beat the Detroit Pistons 99-78 Friday night.
"He changed the whole game with his defense and rebounding," said Philadelphia's Allen Iverson, who had 43 points and 10 rebounds.
Mutombo was traded along with Roshown McLeod from Atlanta to Philadelphia on Thursday for Theo Ratliff, Nazr Mohammed and Pepe Sanchez in the most-significant deal of the NBA season.
After the game, Mutombo looked relieved to be sitting in a folding chair with ice packs surrounding both knees.
He flew from Atlanta to Philadelphia late Thursday night, had a physical at 7 a.m., then arrived in Detroit at about 5 p.m. Friday.
"I need some sleep," Mutombo said. "But really, I'm so excited to be with this group of guys. They're all about winning and we have a great coach."
Philadelphia coach Larry Brown was glad that Mutombo was able to provide a lot of the same things as Ratliff.
"He rebounded and defended like he has his whole career," Brown said. "I thought he was terrific ... I think it's pretty remarkable what he was able to do under those circumstances."
Philadelphia has the best record in the NBA at 42-14. The Sixers extended their winning streak to six games.
Detroit's Jerry Stackhouse scored 22 points. Chucky Atkins had 12 points and Dana Barros added 10. The Pistons made just 37.1 percent of their shots.
Mutombo's status for the game was much more in doubt than the outcome.
The Sixers jumped out to a 16-4 lead and cruised to the win. Philadelphia led by nine points after one quarter, 12 at halftime and 17 after three quarters.
Philadelphia did not know whether Mutombo would be cleared to play until an hour before the game.
Minutes after Philadelphia Brown was informed that Mutombo was able to play, Mutombo walked into Philadelphia's locker room.
When Brown told Mutombo that he could play, the nine-year veteran asked "What do you want me to do?"
Brown left the decision whether or not to play up to Mutombo. He nodded his head to indicate that he wanted to play, and then turned to look for a uniform and basketball shoes to replace his brown suit and dress shoes.
On defense, Mutombo, the three-time defensive player of the year, hung around the lane to block and alter shots.
He ignited Philadelphia's fastbreak with 10 defensive rebounds and crisp outlet passes. There were times that Iverson was so far down the court that Mutombo didn't make it to halfcourt.
On offense, he set space-creating screens with his 7-foot-2, 265-pound frame. When Mutombo got the ball, his sky hooks and deliberate low-post moves gave the Sixers an option on the interior.
Mutombo started and played 36 minutes. He made 7-of-12 shots and 3-of-4 free throws.
"There is not much difference between the Sixers with Theo Ratliff and with Mutombo," said Detroit's Ben Wallace, who had 17 rebounds. "They both clog the middle and block a lot of shots. Theo is a little more athletic and Mutombo is a little bigger."
The game also marked the debut of Detroit's Corliss Williamson, who scored six points and grabbed four rebounds.
Williamson was traded by Toronto along with Kornell David, Tyrone Corbin and a conditional first-round pick to Detroit for Jerome Williams and Eric Montross. Detroit released Corbin and put David on the injured list.
"It was unfair to play him, but once Ben (Wallace) got those two quick fouls, I didn't have much choice," Detroit's George Irvine said. "It's been a whirlwind for him, but he'll be fine. He did a nice job out there."

PHILADELPHIA — Allen Iverson scored 42 points against the Clippers in a 108-93 Philadelphia victory Friday night, but the 76er guard had to work for everything he got.
Iverson was impressed with the young Clippers’ fight.
“They are so young, they just got into the league,” Iverson said about the Clippers, who have eight players on their roster with three or less years in the NBA.
“They might be looking at how I’m just being myself and not trying to copy anyone else’s image. I’m my own man, my own person. Maybe that is the way they want to be in their life, instead of coming into the league and letting the media and people around them give them some type of identity, when they already know what type of person they are.”
Jeff McInnis, who along with Keyon Dooling had the difficult job of trying to defend Iverson, said he can see a difference in the 76er all-star.
“I think we could have done a better job on [Iverson] but the refs kind of took me out early when I picked up two quick fouls,” McInnis said. “But he’s the MVP. I think the all-star game [in which Iverson won MVP honors] gave him a lot of confidence.”

Philadelphia Coach Larry Brown gained his 1,000th professional victory Friday and it came against his former assistant coach at Kansas, Clipper Coach Alvin Gentry.
“I’m happy for Larry, but I wished it didn’t happen against us,” Gentry said. “I think he’s the best coach in the NBA.”
Brown, who has a 1,000-707 record in 22 seasons (four in the ABA and 18 in the NBA), understood the importance of his milestone.
“Not too many people get to be in the league, let alone get to be around as long as I have and have this opportunity,” said Brown, a former Clipper coach. “I said a long time ago that I’m doing exactly what I want to do. I’m pretty fortunate

The site of last season's biggest win was the site of this season's first loss for the Philadelphia 76ers.
Philadelphia's franchise-record, season-opening, 10-game winning streak came to an unceremonious end as the 76ers played poorly and were routed, 88-73, by the Charlotte Hornets.
The 76ers were the NBA's last unbeaten team but were far from perfect tonight. They never led, shot just 34 percent (28-of-82) from the field, were outrebounded 60-39 and trailed by as many as 22 points.
"They weren't going to go 82-0," Hornets center Elden Campbell said. "They had to get a loss sometime."
Allen Iverson, whose willingness to involve his teammates in the offense was one of the reasons for Philadelphia's success, had his worst game of the season. The All-Star scored a season-low seven points on 3-of-17 shooting as he never got untracked.
"Iverson missed a lot of shots," Charlotte coach Paul Silas said. "If he's missing, it's good, but if he's making shots it's a different story."
"Allen Iverson is a phenomenal player," Campbell said. "We just tried to stay in front of him. We wanted him to take tough shots."
In Game One of last season's Eastern Conference first-round playoff series, Iverson scored 40 points to lead the Sixers to an upset win. Philadelphia went on to win the series in four games.
"We saw this as a game we needed to win to keep our winning streak alive," Charlotte swingman Eddie Robinson said. "We didn't look at them as far as their win streak. We just wanted to beat them. We knew they were 10-0 but that didn't really factor into it."
Although the Sixers were bad, the Hornets also were pretty good. En route to their third straight win, they used their muscle to open a 10-point halftime lead, then found the range by shooting 59 percent (10-of-17) in the third quarter.
"I think they were great defensively, executed phenomenally and took us out of everything we wanted to do," Sixers coach Larry Brown said. "They played better than any team we played against all year and deserved to win."
Charlotte guard Baron Davis notched the first triple-double of his career with 12 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds. It was the first by a Hornet since Anthony Mason against Toronto on March 31 of last season.
"We're coming together," Davis said. "We have to realize we're a defensive team first and we can get a lot of easy baskets when our defense is clicking."
Campbell scored a season-high 22 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked eight shots for the Hornets, who improved to 32-15 all-time against the Sixers, including 19-6 at home.
Neither team shot well in the first half as Charlotte managed 33 percent (14-of-43) while holding Philadelphia to 31 percent (13-of-42). Campbell scored 14 points as the Hornets pushed around the Sixers and opened a 42-32 lead.
Philadelphia made a half-hearted surge at the beginning of the third quarter, closing to 47-39 on a layup by George Lynch. But Charlotte responded with a 16-2 run that featured five points each by Davis and Jamal Mashburn.
A follow shot by Davis gave the Hornets their largest lead at 63-41 with 3:49 remaining. Mashburn scored 10 points in the third period, which ended with Charlotte holding a 69-53 bulge.
Mashburn had 16 points and 11 rebounds and P.J. Brown added 10 and 14 for the Hornets, who shot 39 percent (31-of-80) overall. Mashburn handed out seven assists.
Eric Snow, Matt Geiger and Vernon Maxwell scored 10 points each for the Sixers. Iverson was held below double figures for just the 12th time in 285 career games.
