1. Favourite sports
🇬🇧 Well, my all-time favourite sport is football. I took up this sport when I was still a little kid, a four-or-five-year-old boy. In Vietnam, it’s the most prevalent sport. We often call it the king of sports.
🇻🇳 Môn thể thao yêu thích nhất của tôi là bóng đá. Tôi bắt đầu chơi môn thể thao này khi tôi vẫn còn là một đứa trẻ, một cậu bé bốn, năm tuổi. Ở Việt Nam, đây là môn thể thao thịnh hành nhất. Chúng tôi thường gọi nó là môn thể thao vua.
🇬🇧 Well, it’s definitely running. Running is right up my alley. It’s the kind of exercise I do on a daily basis despite the fact that many people may find it dry and exhausting.
🇻🇳 Chắc chắn là chạy bộ rồi. Chạy là sở trường của tôi. Tôi chạy mỗi ngày mặc dù thực tế là nhiều người có thể thấy môn thể thao này chán và mệt mỏi.
🇬🇧 If walking counts, I think it’s my go-to choice. To be honest, it’s the only option I can opt for because I don’t take a keen interest in sports in general.
🇻🇳 Nếu đi bộ cũng được tính thì tôi nghĩ đây là lựa chọn số một của tôi. Thành thật mà nói, đó là lựa chọn duy nhất tôi có thể chọn vì tôi không quan tâm nhiều đến thể thao nói chung.
2. Extreme sports
🇬🇧 I believe a ban on risky sports is necessary. In fact, even when participants are well-prepared and have all the right equipment to participate in these sports, the dangers are still present. This means that prohibiting all those sports can help prevent individuals from being seriously injured or having fatal consequences which are caused by these hidden dangers.
🇻🇳 Tôi tin rằng lệnh cấm các môn thể thao mạo hiểm là cần thiết. Trên thực tế, ngay cả khi người tham gia được chuẩn bị tốt và có đầy đủ các thiết bị phù hợp để tham gia các môn thể thao này, những nguy hiểm vẫn hiện hữu. Điều này có nghĩa là cấm tất cả các môn thể thao đó có thể giúp ngăn ngừa các cá nhân bị thương nặng hoặc gây ra hậu quả chết người do những nguy hiểm tiềm ẩn này gây ra.
🇬🇧 I believe that so-called extreme sports are not as dangerous as many people think. Every sport entails certain elements of risks, and there should always be clear regulations and safety procedures to minimize the possibility of accidents. People taking part in risky sports are usually required to undergo appropriate training so that the dangers can be zeroed out.
🇻🇳 Tôi tin rằng cái gọi là thể thao mạo hiểm không nguy hiểm như nhiều người vẫn nghĩ. Mỗi môn thể thao đều có những yếu tố rủi ro nhất định và cần phải có những quy định và quy trình an toàn rõ ràng để giảm thiểu khả năng xảy ra tai nạn. Những người tham gia các môn thể thao mạo hiểm thường được yêu cầu phải trải qua các khóa đào tạo thích hợp để có thể loại bỏ những nguy hiểm.

Follow me and my family (and my team) through our SUNDAY in Milan.

A little wind down from the hectic past week, and also the last day of Milan Fashion Week. We spent the morning at the very iconic duomo. No agenda, just touristy things.
Then, we indulged in our favourite pizza's for lunch at Berberè. Our 5th visit there in 6 days but we love it so much.
Following which, we attended the Max Mara, Sport Max and Weekend Max Mara re-see-- everything fresh from the run way + I tried on some of the pieces I was eyeing.
Then, we celebrated the win of Manchester United over Watford! :)
After which, we had our eyes feast on the most gorgeous collection from Bottega's collection!
We ended the day with another Italian meal.
It was a great SUNDAY!
