因為在此期間這非常重要。
整個內容主要是在討論必須習慣
透過鼻子呼吸,這似乎很理所當然,
但這對每個人的健康都很重要,
其實許多人都忽略了!

Joe Rogan Experience !!! I am a huge fan of this channel for a long time, main reason being that this channel talks about a very diverse topics🤓 sports, history, health, current affairs and of course aliens 👽 I have been trying to get all my friends to listen to this podcast ! It is also very inspiring because Joe Rogan is just doing something that he loves and chilling with his friends. Today want to share a topic regarding health as it is very important during these times. This podcast is all about breathing throught the nose which seems obvious 😆 however very important to everyone’s health and something every one overlooks! It has been a long journey. 2002 was the year that I signed up for a gym membership and picked up a pair of 5kg dumbbells for the first time. I was driven by the physique of a fitness model on Men's Health magazine. I remember that the very first exercise I did was a set of Chest Press with the 5kg dumbbells and it was a struggle. Boys always want to look good on the top.

For a very long time, I did not progress much. At one point, I shifted my focus to running as I thought I was better at that.

In the picture, I was on the chubby side in 2010 (bottom right). Then, I got very heavy in early 2012 weighted at 94kg in my effort to get bigger. Realizing that my effort to get bigger is heading to the wrong direction, I spent nearly 10 months to lose 22kg and definition of my abs are popping out for the first time.

Since then, I was too scared to put on size from 2013 to 2015 as I thought I would never see my abs again if I lose it. Vanity it seems but the fear is real. I avoided carbohydrate like a plague.

However, I was struggling to get better at my major lift. I know body weight could be one of the reasons. In an effort to put on size with the right direction, I started working with @trainasp crews. It seems like competing in men physique competition is a part of my destiny, I stepped on stage to compete without the intention to step on stage 6 months prior to the competition. My comp prep for my first comp started 6 weeks out. It was the easiest prep I've done. Since then, competition has become a drive for me to get better in the gym.

I must say that I have come a long way. And patience has rewarded me for what I deserve in my timeline. Everyone has different timelines. Mine is just a tad bit longer.

Week 3 Vlog is up! I have about 9 weeks left till my second comp.
Before that I just want to thank Women's Health Malaysia again for inviting me to be on the cover of their magazine. I also found out it would be their last issue for the Malaysian side. I'm saddened to hear the news cause Women's Health and Men's Health have been two of my fav magazines. But I wish the media company all the best :)
Lots went on last and the week was a rediscovery about food. I learnt that I will never eat butterfish again - at least not in massive quantities, because it gave me "anal leakage"! Yes you heard me right, oil was coming out because my body wasn't able to absorb the fat nutrients. Most horrid experience and I'm telling you this because I don't want you to get a yellow stain next time, because you weren't aware bout how butterfish / white tuna / escalar can effect you. Its due to the fish eating Wax Esters which they can't metabolise properly, hence us humans would have digestive issues with it too. If possible, just don't eat that fish again.
Second thing i learnt this week was on the difference of a refeed and a cheatmeal. I used to have my epic cheatmeals in my previous comp prep, every Sunday night. The difference- a refeed controls how much i'm eating and what kind of macro i'm increasing after maintaining a particular diet plan for about 2-3 weeks. Which helps better in the fat loss process and for those of us who are tracking macros through IIFYM - "If it Fits Your Macros". The cheatmeals may or may not work to my advantage as I've come to learn, at least while prepping for a comp.

Varnam MITV (2004-2006)
Varnam, an extinct local Tamil entertainment channel, was the first 24-hour Tamil channel in Malaysia, entertaining all age groups when it was launched in April 2005.
As Varnam's former TV Producer, I personally produced and edited some of their programmes that never reached the mass audience due to their early closure. To name few...
1. Apsaras - a women beauty and health programme.
2. Vegham - a car magazine programme
3. Minsara Kanna - men's health and fitness programme
4. Sunday bazaar with chef arun
and there were many more produced by fresh and young producers back then...
I take this opportunity to present some snippets of the programmes that I have produced in Varnam.
This was a channel that was set to make a difference to the local Indian market that caters to the modern, hip, global Indian men and women who know what they want.
Most of these programme are now were reinvented in Astro Vaanavil, but I believe Varnam did set the standard to where they are today.
It was all happening here in Varnam ...
