想請問蘇醫師 打無痛分娩會影響生產是真的嗎？
因為生產時醫生說會影響生產所以他們自然產都沒有在打無痛

老朋友都知道
我其實是很忌諱講同業的不好
但我覺得這種說法實在是太超過了這樣我不行

你可以告訴孕婦說
你不一定要打無痛真的有需要再打每個人的狀況條件都不一樣這樣說我OK
畢竟沒有什麼東西是一定要的

但不論什麼原因用這種威嚇式誘導式的說法告訴別人打無痛分娩會影響生產這我真的不OK
你不能無視於國際上的共識

我今天本來不想用國際上的文獻來討論畢竟這個之前就聊過了

摘錄ACOG美國婦產科學會的這段話來跟大家分享

The aforementioned findings have led ACOG to conclude that, “There is no other circumstance where it is considered acceptable for an individual to experience untreated severe pain, amenable to safe intervention, while under a physician's care. In the absence of a medical contraindication, maternal request is a sufficient medical indication for pain relief during labor. Pain management should be provided whenever medically indicated.

沒有人應該在具備充足醫療照護下經歷未經治療的嚴重疼痛
安全的醫療介入在此時是合理的
在沒有醫療特殊禁忌症的狀況之下
產婦的要求就應被當作是一個足夠充分的醫療適應症來緩解分娩過程中的疼痛
只要有醫療上的需求就應該要提供疼痛管理介入

所以
請不要告訴我打減痛分娩會影響生產了拜託
就醬子。

Lời đầu tiên Chi phải nói là cảm ơn Vivian rất nhiều nàng ơi, lần nào nàng rec sách cho tớ cũng hợp gu lắm lắm huhu.

Woa phải nói là lâu lắm rồi mới lại đọc 1 cuốn khiến cho Chi hồi hộp và lén lút đọc trong giờ làm việc vì không thể ngừng được và cứ muốn đọc tiếp xem chuyện gì xảy đến tiếp theo. Câu chuyện này hấp dẫn tớ ngay từ đầu, và xuyên suốt cuốn sách, mạch truyện luôn giữ được sự nhanh nhẹn hồi hộp rồi càng về cuối thì càng hấp dẫn. Thử tưởng tượng mà xem, anh em là một tác giả với sự nghiệp khá là bình thường, bỗng được trao cho cơ hội viết tiếp một series sách đang rất thành công của một tác giả khác – người đã mất đi khả năng hoạt động sau một vụ tai nạn, chúng ta sẽ làm gì nhỉ? Lowen của chúng ta đã có được cơ hội ấy, nhưng những gì cô thực sự nhận được còn hơn cả thế cơ.

Cuốn này có twist rải liên tục, tác giả sẽ dắt chúng ta đi từ bất ngờ này đến hoảng sợ khác, càng đọc càng thấy sợ hãi con người, và đôi đoạn tớ tự hỏi rằng liệu có những kẻ như vậy thật sự ư—Chi biết là fiction rồi nhưng vẫn rợn lắm. Đan xen giữa mạch truyện hồi hộp là những phân đoạn tình cảm, từ rung động cho tới những đoạn thật sự 18+, có mỗi mấy đoạn này là Chi cần lưu ý anh em thôi, mong anh em không bị shock quá hehee.
Không thể không nhắc tới đoạn kết, ôi quả kết kiểu tác giả cho người đọc đi tàu lượn trên cao cả cuốn rồi nhưng đến cuối vẫn còn phải cố làm một pha lộn nhào cho trải nghiệm không thể nào quên nữa cơ =)) Đỉnh huhuhu!!!!

Đây là cuốn đầu tiên tớ đọc của Colleen Hoover, dù trước đây đã biết tác giả thường viết sách lãng mạn, nhưng không ngờ được tác giả viết dòng thriller cũng đỉnh như thế này. Đọc xong tớ mò lên goodreads xem trang tác giả của Colleen Hoover mới biết, hóa ra cô không muốn bản thân bị giới hạn bởi một thể loại sách nhất định nào cả, và luôn muốn thử sức ở các thể loại khác nhau. Thú vị nhỉ?

Một cuốn tớ highly rec cho anh em mê dòng thriller nhá, ngoại văn này rất dễ đọc; à đừng quên là các bé dưới 18 tuổi nên cân nhắc nha.

Casting a spotlight on the importance of maternal health today with my amazing midwife, Miss Jennifer.

When Ella Grace was born, I honestly don’t think I would have survived those first few weeks and months if not for my mama tribe and the kindness and compassion of Jenlia Maternal Services.

If you know some of what I specialize in and teach, you’d be surprised to know that when I gave birth to Ella Grace and for months after, I was paralyzed with indecision.

Shame, guilt, regret, fear, I was convinced I was failing and had failed her. I was afraid I would break her and suddenly overwhelmed by all the little things and what was craziest of all, how much I really knew but just couldn’t get my body and heart and brain to understand that I was capable and more than qualified for motherhood.

Somewhere between my hormones crashing and a heartbreaking birth story, I lost a little part of me.

Having Jennifer and team care of me as Ella Grace and I learned to become was one of the biggest gifts and really was in part, a catalyst for my career working with mamas as a Child & Family Development Specialist.

I couldn’t go back to teaching teachers or little ones after. I knew and had lived through this horror that no one spoke of and it was my life’s work to change it. To empower mamas. To give them tools and set them up for success.

To be their Jennifer in the lonely scary world of motherhood not talked about and to be a safe space to say I got you. Let’s figure this out together. I will stand in the gap with you.

This last weekend, I ran into Miss Jennifer at the airport. It was late and we had both spent the day teaching and speaking. I beamed from ear-to-ear as I saw her, so fiercely proud of what she was still building and what she had built in me.

Look at us now!!!! as I gave her the biggest hug in the world and introduced her to everyone I knew.

There is no shame in asking for help. There is no shame in needing a break or breathing space.

Even the specialist has a specialist.

Even the specialist needs a safe place to fall apart and put back together.
