I try to equip the girls to be able to play all type of sports .
And not just able to play but really good at them .
Once they are good , they can always play with Mommy & Daddy.
I remembered playing all kind of sports as a little child and I was able to beat my Dad at running long distance at 11 years old and Swimming at 12 years old ...
He never let me win.
He wants me to earn the right to win .
It was the proudest moment when I finally won over him ...Dad was an athlete of course and it wasn’t easy - Haha

【耐心,步上信念之路 智翔的撞牆期出現了?! ft. 葉日鴻】
長跑考驗耐心與體力,撞牆期人人都會有
調整步伐談起來容易,但實際上又該如何辦到?
智翔愛運動第六站,跟著智翔小葉一起 Run!Run!Run!
long-distance running(長跑),在田徑賽場上,一般常見的長跑項目有5000公尺、一萬公尺、半馬(約21公里)、全馬(約42公里),日前在桃園市運會的文章中曾提到,智翔對於短跑競速的喜愛,求學過程只要遇到運動會,總會報名100公尺的衝刺,享受那風馳電掣般的競速快感,而這次遇上了急需耐力的長跑項目,算是一大挑戰。
這次邀請到的合作嘉賓,是智翔愛運動系列唯一一位現役選手,今年在全大運完成五千、一萬雙金連霸的葉日鴻選手,關於撞牆期這題,小葉說,撞牆期其實每個層級的選手都會遇到,無論是練習還是比賽中,諸如側腹痛、身體僵硬、呼吸急促等等,而作為一個長跑選手的訓練強度,可以擁有更高的忍耐力來克服,但遇到撞牆期不僅僅靠意志力就行,適時的調整步伐、呼吸,都是有其技巧的,耐心的傾聽來自身體回饋的聲音,是通過撞牆期的不二法門。
而在訓練過程中,任何來自親朋好友與教練的幫助、支持,都是讓小葉能夠繼續邁步向前,持續努力的動力,小葉說道,在最累的時候堅持下去,跑出去的每一步都是自己的信念;對我而言,也能夠在目前的生活中,慢慢體會這句話的道理,生活中難免也有撞牆期,如何去放慢步伐、調整呼吸,將「休息是為了走更長遠的路」的生活哲理實踐在生活中,在困頓疲勞之時,持續累績收穫,將事情做到完美,將是我接下來的目標。
