Legends of Runeterra เตรียมการอัปเดตใหญ่ครั้งแรกนับตั้งแต่ออกจากช่วง Beta โดยการมาของดินแดนใหม่ "Targon" พร้อมกองทัพการ์ดและ Champion อีกมากมาย อัปเดตแรก 26 ส.ค. นี้

ถือได้ว่าเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของทั้ง LoR และเนื้อเรื่องในส่วนจักรวาล Runeterra ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ LoL ด้วย เพราะการอัปเดตนี้จะอยู่ในระดับ Expansion ถึง 3 ตัว โดยจะทอยปล่อยออกมาเรื่อย ๆ ตลอดช่วงท้ายของปี 2020

สำหรับ Expansion 1 จะประกอบด้วยดินแดนใหม่ "Targon" พร้อมแชมป์เปี้ยน 7 ราย และการ์ดอื่น ๆ อีกกว่า 82 แบบ โดยทั้งหมดจะใช้ชื่อกลุ่มว่า "Call of the Mountain" มีกำหนดอัปเดต 26 ส.ค. ที่จะถึงนี้

ในส่วนของ Champion หากอ้างอิงตาม Lore ที่บันทึกไว้ใน universe.leagueoflegends.com จะพบว่าแชมป์ฯ ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับ Mount Targon ก็มี 7 คนพอดีเช่นกัน ได้แก่

- Leona
- Diana
- Soraga
- Pantheon
- ZoE
- Taric

เมื่อผ่าน Expansion นี้ไปแล้ว ในส่วนของ Expansion 2 และ 3 ก็จะตามมาในเดือน ต.ค. และ ธ.ค. ตามลำดับ ซึ่งจะเป็นการมาของ Champion อีก 6 คน และการ์ดอื่น ๆ อีกราว 74 ใบ จากนั้นก็จะทิ้งช่วงเล็กน้อยเพื่อพบกับดินแดนใหม่อีกครั้งในเดือน ก.พ. 2021 และถึงแม้จะไม่มีการประกาศอย่างแน่ชัด แต่ Expansion ทั้งหมดนี้ก็น่าจะอัปเดตแบบ Free-to-Play ตามที่เคยประกาศไว้ก่อนหน้า ว่าการ์ดทั้งหมดใน LoR จะต้องสามารถเข้าถึงได้แบบเท่าเทียมกัน

สำหรับรายละเอียดของการ์ดฝั่ง Targon ว่าจะการเล่นในลักษณะไหน จะมี Keyword ใหม่หรือไม่ ก็ต้องรอติดตามประกาศจากทาง Riot Game กันอีกครั้ง

It's another important step of both LoR and the Runeterra universe involved in LoL because this update will be 3 Expansion levels. It will be released throughout the end. Of 2020

In Champion section, if refer to Lore recorded in universe.leagueoflegends.com, there will be 7 champion directly related to Mount Targon.

So there's a higher possibility that Champion 7 is them. However, this list doesn't include the newest and land-related aphelios, including no other Champion with a story in Mount Targon. LoR Champion may not always have to land like in LoL (e.g. Teemo)

Once this Expansion has passed, Expansion 2 and 3 will follow in Oct. July. And the Dec. July. In order of 6 Champion coming and 74 other cards. Then a little bit to meet new land again in July. Nov. 2021 and despite the obvious announcement, all Expansion should be free-to-play update as previously announced that all cards in LoR are equally accessible.

For details of Targon's side card, how to play, there will be a new Keyword or wait for the announcement from Riot Game again.
